Thanks you for this tutorial and thanks again for sharing your result! :cake: :coffee:

At the last picture Paint.net crashed, so I could not continue. Last time i always have problems with the paint.net.

Hi ReMake

Many thanks for your fantastic tutorial, I thoroughly enjoyed playing around with the images.

For me this is a superb way to learn new things, I had not heard of the plug-ins (Shape Gradient).

This will keep me amused for hours.

Thanks again

Roger the Dodger 😊

Wow!  These were really fun to try out.  I would- and could never - think of using the steps you provided @ReMake.  Jolly well thought out :star:

WOW! @ReMake!  What a great tutorial!  <3

I could sit and play with this for hours!  How do you think up such things??  😆

Here are some of my better attempts:

Two observations:  Too bad @n d never implemented an anti-alias function like he noted on his to-do list.

If you have an intricate pattern, the plugin really lags...like at least a minute before it finishes.

There are many more ways to use the Shaped Gradient plugin. Take a look at using of the shapes in the first image in @Pixey's post, or the first image in your post, or at the @welshblue 's outcomes (sorry for the unfortunate (poor) construction of this phrase in English).

@welshblue, very amazing outcomes! I'm always surprised at your ability to look deep into some things!

One more try ... didn't work out as I envisaged

I don't know what you envisioned, but it looks great to me!  Beautiful roses!  <3  :)

@welshblue  I used your rose template and followed some of your directions. I used edge expander, AA's and blur blend to finish.

I followed directions exactly, also, and the rose did not turn out like yours.  Always fun experimenting!

This tutorial leaves so many possibilities to explore!  😁

Nice outcome @HyReZ!  :star:

Sorry @ReMake ... I don't want it to seem like I'm hijacking the thread

I like how you "hijack" this thread! Together with your outcomes and your comments, this tutorial is becoming more and more popular. Thank you for that.
