Kemaru
@Janettsue: Someone is in a Christmas mood... @Oma: That is amazing. Definitely better than a facelift. The effects stay longer I think the lips should be just a little bit darker. Other than that, very amazing. janettsue
You do that so well oma. Two thumbs up! And that would be line tool and paintbrush. I still don't like the tablet. It seems too awkward to use to me.. It is that contouring of faces that you do so well that I want to work on more. Yes Kemaru I am working on my Christmas mood! I am even listening to Christmas music while I draw. Quote "One can't complain. I have my friends. Someone spoke to me only yesterday." topezia
Yes, all the reflections need to be redone and I think the table too, but the flowers look nice and yes the second image is a crappy bloody potato but the bronze color and threads look all right (i.m.o. ) Why did I not wait until I refined it before posting? I don't know, it is a while I do no post anything and I was starting to suffer from withdrawal symptoms Ciao!

Down
Knotty pics welsh. Tried making wood. Very quick way: ♦Select wood colors ♦Render clouds(rough, large scale)[changes the woodgrain] ♦ select a vertical strip ♦ Drag a selection nub across the screen ♦Add noise(40,0,100) ♦Motion blur(0deg) Result: Results could be better. Quickest way I could think of. It needs moar knots. Quote •♪♫♥♫♪• |- The Rules -|- çobblestones -|- CaMo -|- MeTaL -| ╠═╧╨»Φ«╨╤═╣

CoreKelley
It's been really cold here, so I decided to make something tropical to warm things up. I did use a couple of tutorials in this one, but most of it came from experimenting.
Down
Heh, pretty hawt piece. My only complaints are the tree bark and the beach, but great job. Quote •♪♫♥♫♪• |- The Rules -|- çobblestones -|- CaMo -|- MeTaL -| ╠═╧╨»Φ«╨╤═╣
heri
Is the sunset from one of the sunset tutorials?
TopHATslash
Wouldn't the sunset be orangey purple more toward where the sun is and then the regular sky be more night and be closer to the camera?
Down
Yeah, and the lighting on stuff like the grass could be tweaked. Quote •♪♫♥♫♪• |- The Rules -|- çobblestones -|- CaMo -|- MeTaL -| ╠═╧╨»Φ«╨╤═╣
CoreKelley
heri: Yes. The sunset was from Ashes' tutorial. It's still a work an process, and a lot still needs fixed. I'll update it when I've worked on it more, though I probably won't work on this one much because it was just a practice piece to learn some of the tools in Paint.net. Thank you everyone for your comments, they'll help me on my next piece.
ZizOiz
CoreKelly: I like it! The sunset could be a bit more orangy, and the beach could have a more definitive end, but I really like the palm fronds! Quote Click on my signature image for my gallery | hmmmm... Kemaru
@Janettsue: I love the ribbon :3 Your background seems a little too busy, though. Maybe something less disturbing? Great work, I really admire your work, it stands out I've been seing a lot of orbs around lately, so I decided to try creating one myself. I think I made a pretty decent job.
