Drydareelin
I love that tiger, and you pulled off the 3D effect on the trees really well. Nice job! 1 Quote Gallery DeviantArt Planet Tutorial | Sun Tutorial
Popular Post Rickhum
This is a perspective study. It drove me nuts I just couldn't get the angles on the dangles. I tried using most of the perspective plugins but they didn't help much. It proveed a good opportunity to experiment with unfamiliar plugins (T R's ;Distort This' among others). Good ole 'Shape 3d' was probably the most useful plugin for the building work. I did the building a dozen times before I was happy with it and I'm still not happy with the roof. It's called Son House as its a nod to the great bluesman of that name who I've been listening to. Tuvm RB & partners in crime. Rickhum
Aw :-) tuvm everyone. All textures adapted from tuts in the Textures thread, Extensive use of the bricks plugin. Sun is adapted from Drydareelin Solar atmosphere tut and Jerry533482's sun tut Luv the Water reflection plugin. I had a lot of fun tweaking the reflections, I need to put thumbs on my 1st gallery post when I get a round tuit. Pdn really is the coolest tool box. It has everything but round tuits. Encouragement so much appreciated tuvm :-) Quote “Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you'll be able to see further.” ― Thomas Carlyle

Rickhum
Thanks for your kind comments Shochi. I've used Zoom blur deluxe and TR's Kaboom for the individual explosions. I use both these very useful plugins a lot in my work. The main starfield is a loop of 180 frames of different sized noise. I tweaked the "Starscapes x Sharp" tutorial as the basis of the stars. Although it only takes a few hrs to put together, it took ages for me to work out how to do it. I couldn't find a tutorial so I looked @ starfields online and tried to emulate the effect. I need to upgrade as my system crashes when I overload and it can be very frustrating. 2 Quote “Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you'll be able to see further.” ― Thomas Carlyle
