The flow is good, but the smudging is a bit contrasted. Work on smoothening your smudging, and, also never smudge the render. Try to add effects with effect c4ds, and add depth by dodging and burning. Umm I'm putting together a tutorial, it was the result of a tablet and some custom skins. To tell you the truth, I stumbled upon the "Flubber" skin by accident while tinkering with the colors, and most of it is just creative shading. That prototype should spark some interesting theories about it, though. I was typing an essay and just messing around with it in the background, though admittedly that was for 5 days, so my goal for a deadline as to the tutorial is somewhere around the end of April? I'm going away in the beginning of the month but I'll try to get the work in. Overall it tok me about 40 hours of work to get it, and a tutorial might take more than 6 posts full to the brim. I got the front of the computer and laptop pre-rendered, rotated it and used Curves+, then filled in the outside.
