This one took a while to figure out seeing it is the first time I've done this style. It took 21 layers or so of blending. I can tell it's washed out, but it still looks nice. If you're wondering I did not do any brushing in here. The background was made using noise.

@Raptor: I like the background, I like the transition between the texture and the solid colour, the lightrays are a nice touch, too. I don't like that ship/helmet/thing, though. It looks like semi-transparent. Still, it has a nice overall look.

For the signatures I was referring to , made by KingoIII . What I wanted to know was , what do I need to do to make signatures like those pictured above ?? Which plug ins do I need ? Is there a Tutorial for making those kind of signatures ?? Any help would be deeply appreciated . I already know about the transparency that TopHATslash told me to check out .

Thats really sleek. Awesome stuff. I highly advise your friend to use that logotype.

Maybe round off the join between the "t" and the "e" more, and make the e's closer, cos theres a little bump that imo looks a little weird.

@Sokagirl: That's a pretty good concept. The background is a little empty, though, and the text pulls the focus away from Igglybuff. Keep it up.

@Himself22: You should keep the old one. There's too much text on this new one, and it's pretty random. Just work on it some more, remove the text from the left corner and reduce the font size.

@Minto: Make the text smaller.

@Spongebob: Work on it a little more. It's a good start, now you gotta make it look more like fire (if that's what you're trying to achieve)

@Kemaru: :shock: Really cool and vibrant. I like that its posistioned vertically. Awesome smudging although it seems a little blurred.

@stealthed, I don't know if that's what you were going for in your avatar, but it is a clear crop from the sig. You should do the radial selection tool to get the S. IMO, it'd have a greater effect. Otherwise, you did a real nice job.
