01wanga
I editted my circular sig 2, with input from down: and I made a few new sigs. and my first avatar
Down
Wild. It just says "Image" now, on your post and mine. Edit: Refreshed the page and I can see them. xD I really like the second one. The circles need some feathering on the first. EDIT: @01wanga: Since you have PM's disabled; here is my reply. I use http://photobucket.com. Most others on here do also. You have to sign up for an account, but it's free and pretty great. Kemaru
@JJgunz: The boy seems a little stretched. I think it's a little too bright on top, and there's too much space on the sides. But the colors are quite cool and I like the text. @Down: It's Kemaru, not Kenmaru I still can't see 01wanga's sigs. Frustrating. Comments? Flow55
@Kemaru the smudging is very good but the render is slapped on and just has a blending mode on it. CC pl0x. Quote My Gallery
Crimson
Awesome, love the simplicity. What's the easiest way to simulate Clipping Masks in PDN? Quote Create A Professional-Looking Product Advertisment Mockup flickr | Deviant Art
Flow55
Alpha mask, that what I do. It might take a little time but it works awesome. Quote My Gallery
Blooper
Duplicate your sig, then on a new white layer, brush in black (assuming that's what you want for a mask). Set the blend mode to additive. Move around your sig duplicate until you're happy with what you're seeing. Set the brushing layer to normal. Save as mask.png. Undo. Delete the brushing layer. Run Alpha mask on the duplicate, load mask.png, check invert mask and Mix Alpha, press Enter. Success! Down
Your render needs some edge help. And better integration into the entire piece. And then you should add a border. Sigs: W.I.P: I've been busy. Need to brush up my skills tho. New plugins will help. Any suggestions on this last one? TopHATslash
wha? anyway a new one.. no brushing, smudging, or any outside-resources involved. Other then the render/stock, they are 100% pdn. Sorry for LQ, dumb upload sites.
survulus
@Kemaru the smudging is very good but the render is slapped on and just has a blending mode on it. CC pl0x. TopHATslash
Clipping Masks. On a black background, brush with your splatter brushes, where you want there to be clippings. Then save as mask.png or whatever.. then duplicate your flattened sig and run alpha mask using the mask.png file that you saved earlier. Voila, clippings. Blooper
Down, some of your sigs lack a focal point. Namely the first three. Down
Down, some of your sigs lack a focal point. Namely the first three. O_o What's this focal point you speak of? Like the gradient/blendmode in the sig directly above? Quote •♪♫♥♫♪• |- The Rules -|- çobblestones -|- CaMo -|- MeTaL -| ╠═╧╨»Φ«╨╤═╣

LFC4EVER
The focal seems stretched and LQ. The fx are drawing my eyes too Why does the focal seem stretched? It does look LQ i admit, but i haven't stretched it in any way. :? The fx do seem a bit bright, what do you suggest i do to them? Also, does the sig have depth? Looks good, but its quite monotone, and the large white lighting is somewhat distracting. Great depth though. Quote ☆★☆★Merry Christmas★☆★☆ .::.My Gallery.::.Make Gold Text!.::. TopHATslash
Okay I went back and looked at it and the reason I thought it was stretched is because its blurry. Try flattening it and then duplicating it and then sharpening and erasing everything except for the focal. It has a little depth, but will be improved a lot if you sharpen the focal like I said above and if you blur the background a little more. Lachlan
There are some VERY nice pics here. Since I'm at my grandparent's house for the week, and they have a pretty bare pc (no ps or pspx), I decided to try PDN, and boy is it good! So here's a small space scene sig I made this arvo, looks like a wallpaper I made in ps (PND is very close to being a ps killer) The overall look is a bit too dark for me and the rings get pixelated as they get smaller, but it's still good. TopHATslash
The planet needs a good texture and needs some more work on the atmosphere. Also, fix the distortion of the ring, its messed up at some parts.

If an image is too dark, try Adjustments > Autolevel. If that messes up your colors, duplicate the layer, on the top one, set the contrast to -100, and set the blend mode to Overlay. on the bottom one, run a B&W filter and then Autolevel.
