The gradient Mapping plugin won't load folders. Quote
Pixey Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 Hi @sashwilko You have to first find your Paint.net User Files on your computer, then go to Effect Presets and in there you will find the Gradient Mapping Folder. Copy the colors into that. Good luck . lynxster4 Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 @sashwilko, pick the gradients you want to try out and put them directly into the 'Gradient Mapping' folder. That's the only way they will work. You'll be doing a lot of 'swapping'! sashwilko Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 Thanks for the replies, I know where the files go. but sadly without examples of what effect they create, it is basically a case of loading on a trial and error basis ? Quote
ReMake Posted February 21, 2017 Author Posted February 21, 2017 At this time about 100 preset are presented. Graphics of each preset will demand a lot of place in the post. Therefore it is necessary to check their actions by use of each of them. Maybe this will help: The Wonderful World of Gradient Mapping! 1 Quote
