  1. Can you show us the exact error? Either post a screenshot or copy & paste the error text.
  2. Overscroll can't be switched off. You can pan the image using the Space bar and the left mouse button. Using this combination its remarkably easy to move around your image.
  3. When zoomed in you can pan the image by holding down the Space bar and dragging with the left mouse button. Alternatively try pressing Ctrl + B twice to center the image.
  4. @Red: I think you might have run into a timing problem i.e. you logged in before the forum was scheduled to email you. I don't know how often the forum sends stuff. To everyone having notification problems: To find (and edit) the content you're following click on your Username in the top right hand corner of the forum window then Content I Follow Please also check your Notification Settings. Find these under Username (as abov e) > My Settings > Notification Options - check you have ticks in the right hand column where appropriate. You might also want to check that your email address is correct Username > My Settings > Email & Password.
  5. At best the automated service is.... inconsistent. No changes have been made to the forum software recently, so I really don't know where to look for a solution. For those having notification issues, can you please let me know how many threads you're following? I just wonder if there is a maximum.
  6. Go here http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/32048-boltbaits-plugin-pack-for-pdn-v406-updated-december-3-2015/and look at Level Horizon. This thread is only a couple of years old. You're getting better.. <closed>
  7. Thread is close to a decade old. Paint.net has changed a lot since then. Please ignore old threads. If you wish to restart a discussion, please just begin a new thread. Thanks. <closed>
  8. I seem to recall that it does take a little time to render. Patience ?
  9. I'm not aware of any changes. I'll ask around. (I'm following this topic)
  10. What we need now is for Ctrl + Alt + B to do both steps in one handy shortcut
  11. Your title uses the term "laggy". That describes latency or delays, which is why Rick asked for your system specs (hint - you can copy the info from Settings > Diagnostics). When you mentioned the brush I wondered if you were describing antialiasing.
  12. Do you mean that the pixels created by the brush are 'rough' looking? Try setting the antialiasing in the Tool Bar to enabled and not disabled
  13. I'm pretty sure that the colors are intended to desaturate in a non-linear manner. I seem to recall that it is based on the apparent brightness/luminance. Something like: Red *0.299 + Green*0.587 + Blue*0.114. Would that explain the difference?
  14. Give us a screenshot of the file, showing the full filename and extension. Alternative #1: try this plugin: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=31715 Alternative #2: zip the file and upload it here so we can have a look.
  15. You need to unzip the file first. Paint.net does not do that. Full instructions can be found here: http://boltbait.com/pdn/InstallingEffects.php
  16. ....or use the handy shortcut Ctrl + Mouse wheel Docs for the Status Bar Zoom controls http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/StatusBar.html
  17. Forum search is different from the custom paint.net search. To be honest, the forum search is poor. Forget about using that and use the custom search. Both appear to be working as expected. I just checked
  18. Your comment had the desired effect BoltBait. The plugin pack has been removed http://zeddoghosting.com/brads-paint-net-plugin-favorites/
  19. Thanks for the warning Rendum. I'm sorry to hear you were caught by the Megalo pack. We do try to warn people. Good luck restoring you PC.
  20. Really, really nice effect BoltBait Thanks!
  21. Aardvark?? (I bet you just want it to appear first in the Distort menu ) Nicely done Red and MJW!
  22. Never EVER download plugins from anywhere but this forum. Brad is a thief. He is NOT to be trusted.
