Want to post a clickable thumbnail link on the forum using an imgur image? Now you can. See this button in the post editor toolbar? Click that button and you'll see this dialog Find the seven digit imgur code of your image.... TIP: you can find the unique code in the address bar of your browser when viewing the image on imgur. .... and type it in the text box. Click Ok to create the thumbnail link. ~ special thanks to Red Ochre for the image (he doesn't know I used it yet...)

You can't post HTML - but you can post the link. Look for the chain icon in the editor. Donation buttons are in the list of things to sort out.

Loving paint.net come easily It's a great product and the developer (Rick) is keen to include users in the development cycle. RE: multiple images - you might find these pages of the online documentation of interest http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/ImageList.html and http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/MainWindow.html

Aw. You guys Brilliant. Thanks for letting me know Pixey. I'm going to make one or two little tweaks and roll both buttons into one. Please feel free to use both buttons while they are available. I'll post a how-to announcement once I've finished fiddling with them

Those instructions are very clear and simple. If you do not understand them then PLEASE don't use them. Instead find a computer expert and ask them to help you.

It was a rant directed at my electricity supplier. Who is now my former supplier due to their incompetence :( We have been with IP board for the forum since we moved from forumer. This latest change is a version upgrade. There are a few outstanding issues we are working through. In other news, I might have a fix for imgur thumbnail links ready for trial later today.

Yup. However I'm making what time I have available to help forum users out. I blame an overly developed altruism gland Probably. The forum uses an astonishing amount of data. Considering how much massaging of data went on in the upgrade I'm frankly relieved more problems didn't arise. A few hundred images? Pffft. You can use thumbnails. Have a look at Pixey's Gallery. The thumbnails in the Jewelry section are a mixture of Photobucket and Imgur links. Try dragging and dropping a thumbnail into a post. That might work.

I've assisted Pixey in restoring some of her Imgur links. Unfortunately the technique I'm using requires access to the HTML - which not everyone has. If you do not have a button labelled Source in the editor toolbar you can PM me a list of posts with broken images & I will add them to my To-Do list.

You mean the gray divider? We could try darkening it a bit. Its on my list of things to look into.
