Tried to visit http://searchpaint.net/ for a forum search per rules item #2. Getting a connection timed out error - screenshot attached. Some 'down or just me' sites say its up and problem is on my end. One site says its down showing a Hostgator 403 error. Can successfully get to http://www.getpaint.net/search.html though. Is this the same page to begin a search?
