  1. I just tried it. Wow. This can be really useful. Thanks romein.
  2. I dont know if this makes any sense. But anyway.
  3. Welcome to the forum. Hope you like it here. But do read the rules. They are important here. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=856 viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3446 About your question. Look in this tread. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4841&st=0&sk=t&sd=a
  4. It is quite interesting what this plug in dose. Thank you for making and publishing it. But I do have to agrea with the other comments. A few plug ins use scrolling UI. And I think this should be avoided, if possible.
  5. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Maybe first of April. But seriously. Take a look at this tread. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=22096
  6. I already have ”Sharpen+” and it works very well. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=6368&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=sharpen But I am going to give this a try next time.
  7. Indeed. I am not going to use this right away, but i will install it anyway. I am sure I am going to need this someday.
  8. It may also be a great way to download plugins - as authors would be required to only post plugin name, direct link, thread link, version and copyright notice - making downloading plugins quicker. That rule would have to bee enforced 100% for this to work. Mods would simply have to delete all other posts. I like the idea of an update tread.
  9. Thank you BoltBait. Now i only have one problem. So many plug-ins, and so little time to use them. But I gees that is, what we in Denmark, call a “luxury problem”.
  10. I hope this problem can bee solved. I just discovered an interesting way of using this plug-in. Posted in the pickthorium, and on my DA.
  11. Short answer: No. Long answer: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=22543 (Search is your friend)
  12. Playing with the brick plug-in in paint.NET is fun. Doing it twice is twice as fun. Then using the 3D plug-in is tree times as fun. Lage size downlad at my DA.
  13. I get the double entry too. Not a good thing when we once more have so many other plug-ins. But otherwise a pretty cool plug-in.
  14. Hmmm. When used on a drawing this plug-in makes some pretty peculiar effects. But peculiar, as in; i got to figure out how to use this to my advantage.
  15. Here is how i often do it. I mostly do all my work on a canvas double or triple the final size. When I have done all the lines in a transparent layer, I make a copy of it. Then I do al the coloring in the lower layer. When finished I bluer the top layer a few pixels. Flatten, resize and done. But i am going to try BoltBaits methode some day.
  16. Paint.NET is a bitmap editor. This means your text is stored as a bitmap image. You can’t edit it like a text editor. Only as a picture or drawing. My advice is, as Oma said; put your text in a deferent layer. Then you can edit that layer without disturbing your background.
  17. You are not the only one doing that. If you use an image as a template for a drawing; try to make the image a bit transparent. Just so transparent that you notice it on your new line, when you start drawing in the wrong layer. But I am FOR lockable layers.
  18. You need to use several layers. And look in the plug in section. BoltBait made a Feather plug in that might bee useful. Edit: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2498&hilit=Feather
  19. Something like this would bee a great new feature. I think I once suggested a sort of “snap to line” feature. A function that would make it easier to join a line onto/after the previous one you made. Say fixes the starting point of a new line, to the end of the previous. But for now, I believe the best suggestion; is for Rick to put this in “The most popular request”
  20. Or, you could make a new transparent layer, and do a line trace.
  21. Look in this tread: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=6246 And here: http://club-paintdotnet.deviantart.com/
