Remove background. Duplicate layer twice. Zoom blur bottom layer. Zoom blur top layer, and adjust transparency.

Dunno, but the motion blur would bee involved, i think.

I dont know what a straightening tool is either. But maybe it is something like this. Draw a straight line. Before you release the mouse button, press shift. The line will snap to the nearest of a series of predefined angels.

I would definitely use that feature if it were possible.

If i understand the way paint.NET works correct; that would bee some MAJOR replumbing. I like the idea, but I don’t think it is going to happen.

This one works for me.

Create a new transparent layer on top of the drawing. Redraw the entire thing in the new layer.

I think "Beneton Movie GIF" can do it.

And remember Zoom and resizing is your friends for the details.

Open your image. If your picture has a lot of black, it might help if you lover the opacity some. Make a new layer on top of your original picture. Antialiasing on and blend mode normal. Make sure you know how to make a Bézier curve. http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/en/LineCurve.html They are more helpful then you think. Draw your drawing the hard way, line after line, bit by bit, in the new layer. It might sound like a big job, but it can be done.
