  1. You would have to obtain permition from every person who’s dll you gathered.
  2. Try to take a look at this. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4841 And remember search is your friend.
  3. Just tried several of them. NO errors! There are some interesting effects in here. This time the dll´s stays in my effects folder. Thank you very much Asmageddon Prince.
  4. A good idea. But wasn’t it something like that back in version 2.xx?
  5. 7-zip dose the job for me. But it would be helpfull if the names on the DLL told something about what it do; instead of just numbers.
  6. I am satisfied with the windows, the way they are. But a hotkey to perform “Reset Windows Locations” would be nice. But preferably a solution with only one key.
  7. Write 2000 in the search function. You will be surprised how many times this has been asked. And then you will booth get your answer, and an understanding about why people react like the do.
  8. I have seen the same. Unfortunately this plug-in doesn’t work in 3.20 alpha. Hope this can be fixed. I really like this plug-in.
  9. You can simply uninstall 3.20a, and then go to the main Paint.NET website and download the stable 3.10 version. Copy the content of the plug-in folder to another location. And copy it back when you have reinstalled.
  10. Maybe. Maybe not. It will surely take a bit of practice. But I think something like that can bee done by adapting some of the techniques from these two links. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=6193 http://krustofski.com/bongo/content.php?page=grabpics And I remember there is another tread in the tutorial section. I just can’t find it. I think it is about half a year old.
  11. I just ran into trouble whit the sharpen+ plug-in. Nothing seams to happen. And when I try to cancel, it comes up with an error. Looks like Rick has made an excellent update, but some plug-in need to be fixed to work in the new environment. Until then, I suggest to copy the old paint.NET folder to a USB stick before updating. Then you can always use that if your favorite plug-in doesn’t work. Thanks for the great work, Rick. EDIT: Just tried my USB stick. A bit more work. But sharpen+ worked like a charm again. I love that plug-in.
  12. Some of my favorites for drawing: Learn to use the Bézier curve. It is just wonderful. If you hold down shift, the mouse wheel scrolls sideways. Great when you work on something bigger then your screen. If you hold down shift when you draw a line, the line will automatically snap to a series of predefined angels. Great for drawing a series of parallel lines.
  13. Great work, MadJIk. Not to bee greedy, but might i suggest a vertical, oval shape? It would bee great for portraits. Blur around a face. Is this possible?
  14. I dont know about the mathematic. But try making half a circle with the regular line tool, and then the Bézier curve. The Bezier can do it in one line. But with the regular you have to split it into several single lines. At least, that is where I see the great deference. It is much easier to make smooth curves. It is an enormous help for drawing.
  15. Took me a while too. Now i can’t live without it.
  16. Something like this has been disused before, and manny people (including me) generally think this is a good idea. But I don’t think there is a need to have a poll about it. (Rule 21)
  17. A fellow Simpson fan wrote a small tutorial: http://krustofski.com/bongo/content.php?page=grabpics Only comment from me is use the Bézier curve. If you have hand drawn graphics you can scan them and do the same. You can se some of my work on my Deviant Art. And thanks barkbark00. ;-)
  18. I think the”popular request” tread was made to save people the time of asking and answering the same questions again and again. I have noticed that Rick only sets exact deadlines for when a beta release will expire. Not for when a new feature will bee implemented. That is the way it is, and that is ok for me.
  19. Guilty as charged. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  20. I have been doing some experimenting, using the clone stamp tool as a ”brush”, and the source picture made in a graphic program witch do have brushes. And I can say that metode work ok. A more sophisticated pluck in would bee welcome.
  21. It is properly off screen. Try: Windows --> Reset Window Location.
  22. Those are minimum requirements. Your monitor will be fine. I use 1280x1024
  23. I think this is something Rick has talked about for v4.0.
  24. Using the word”recovers” often refers to something that disappoints you in the end. But this is one of those miracle plug ins that actually works. Thanks for making and sharing it. Great shot BoltBait.
