You decide (Please) I remember when I couldn't stop making sigs i like #2. the only thing i dont like about it is the green spiral thing. I agree, the spiral is outta place. And it seems familiar too :wink: But good job though. I think ive seen that fractal somewhere before also. Did you get it from InterFaceLIFT? vista? Posted December 18, 2007 Share Posted December 18, 2007 Whilst I was browsing the Paint.NET wikibook, I stumbled upon an incomplete sig tutorial by CMD. As you can see, it's a good sig made by CMD. So by looking at the sig he made, I made a similar version myself - CMD's version looks better becuase he chose better colours and so on. However, you've gotta admit, the remake by me below is (fairly) good! 8) Give me your comments on how good a remake this is compared to the original version by CMD. You copied the multi-level gloss shine for each section, which is good, but without the borders, they don't look like the separate sections that the varied sheen indicates. Also, yeah, those colors... The pattern could use subtlety (straight up black and white as alternate colors is a little harsh, both on the fills and against each other), and blue right up against red is a no-no. Overall, not too bad structurally. Mind your color choice, though. I went with one single area of color for a reason. :wink: But yeah, I really need to finish the things I start, don't I...
