Ishi Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 My thread has provoked such creativity. Thanks for this TechnoRobbo.. Quote
Red ochre Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 Brilliant TR!I had the same problem as Drew - 'TRsFireWorks.dll' in Effects folder but not showing up in the menu. I built it in codelab from your unaltered source files - .dll produced is called 'Fireworks.dll' - works great - fantastic effect - thank you. With layering and some Cobweb and gradients added:- 4 Quote Red ochre Plugin pack.............. TechnoRobbo Posted December 31, 2013 Author Posted December 31, 2013 (edited) DD - I like the falling Embers - nice touch. Is that Color Dodge on the Layer Blend and Scatter? Edited December 31, 2013 by TechnoRobbo Quote Go out there and be amazing. Have Fun, TRSome Pretty Pictures Some Cool Plugins
skullbonz Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 Thank you for taking this on and this is real cool render plugin but what I was thinking was a distort plugin that could distort a layer outward at multiple points that could be adjusted like this one. Like if I make a sphere or a donut out of clouds and explode it outward in a star shape ,number of points adjustable. Add a little Scatter and we have a planet exploder. I love this plugin though. Red and Drew, those look great. Quote http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/21233-skullbonz-art-gallery
DrewDale Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 (edited) DD - I like the falling Embers - nice touch. Is that Color Dodge on the Layer Blend and Scatter? Thanks Techno. All I did was duplicate each layer, run scatter on a selection halfway down the lower of each layer. No blends were used. Nice sample images by Techno and RedOchre too, cool stuff. TechnoRobbo Posted December 31, 2013 Author Posted December 31, 2013 (edited) WelshBlue any chance it could have a secondary colour choice, Do you mean randomly alternate or gradients start of trail to finish? WelshBlue Is the seeding meant to change when you move the colour sliders ? Honestly,I didn't put much thought into it but I assume the artist doesn't want the pattern to change as colors change - I can take care of that. Good suggestion!!! Red ochre Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 I really like the new features in v1.2. - excellent update - thank you.'Gravity' slider - brilliant! The ability to set 'ember color' differently to the 'center' and 'outer' colors makes it easy to select them with the magic wand and copy to a new layer. Further effects can then be added to the 'ember' objects. Very useful!Great fun making these - sorry, couldn't resist another http://i.imgur.com/ki9i714.png Quote Red ochre Plugin pack.............. mottoman Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 (edited) New features are great, good fun to play around with. I came up with this. I ran cobweb (RedOchre) and then your star filter, blend modes and layer duplication. Nice images from all. Edited January 1, 2014 by mottoman Quote
