Windows 7 64 bit

6GB RAM

AMD A8-3510MX processor

Image size 1500x2000 px

PDN Version 3.5.10

Plugin pack Version 7

I was simply running the plugin on default settings as I've done hundreds of times, so I have no idea what happened.

I tried Various, I could not get the same results.
However, your pdn crashed. It is the truth and I believe.
Now, I was not able to determine the cause,
Thank you for your report.

I am not sure how to download these files. Well, I have downloaded it, but i'm not sure how i can "move or copy ***.dll file into your program filesPaint.NETeffects."

I don't know if I am the right place, but if I am, then which one of the PaintDotNet.Effects to I have to copy it into? Or do I have to copy it into the map named "Effects" in the top?

To my knowledge, dpy hasn't written a plugin by that name.  Are you sure that is the correct filename?

Ah. That's your problem. You're finding/downloading stuff from a site which illegally pirates plugins and redistributes them.

Avoid them like the plague!

The only safe place to download plugins is this forum - or from links posted here by the plugin author.

If you go and view the Plugin Index you'll find links to every plugin created for paint.net.  You should be able to find the plugin in that list.  The pdf and ebook versions of the Plugin Index are free to download and contain even more information on each plugin.

To  AncestryInsider

Thank you

Yes , I was distributed  the channel mixer in my site at past.(only Japan)
But , it was the practice of plugin , when I started making the plug-in.
It is over.
There is no new version, and it does not even support.
As EER written, my official plugins  are only here.

I've tried downloading this plug in pack several times and Norton Security Suite keeps labeling it unsafe and removes it. Any suggestions?

Pity Norton doesn't scan itself, id itself as a virus and remove itself

skullbonz is right. Norton is a bit over-zealous. Temporarily turn it off to download and install the plugin pack, then enable it again.

We forgot to mention though that as long as you are downloading the pack from here it does not have a virus and not to worry. But if you downloaded it from anywhere else it could have a virus.

I disabled Norton, downloaded the file, started Norton again and as soon as I opened paint.net; Norton grabbed it and got rid of it. I even went into the firewall settings and individually entered each plug in into the exclusion list and but to no avail. I don't get it.
