MadJik
I had to be too serious making this animated gif. I try to push it everywhere... It seems to work well... Quote My DeviantArt | My Pictorium | My Plugins | Donate via Paypal

lynxster4
A larger and more refined version of my latest SOTW entry; 'Pearls 'n Roses'. It was really difficult to get the TGM plugin to look good when working with such a small size for the contest. And I think it's really important to pick the proper image. Please enjoy!! EDIT: The original image is my own creation. LionsDragon
Beautiful! Reminds me of the intro to Family Affair, which I've always thought was beautifully hypnotic.

I can see where it looks like a wreath, but my original immediately reminded me of pearl strands. It's funny how we interpret things differently! 1 hour ago, Woodsy said: You're right @lynxster4, it does look better full sized! And a great job on the texturing. Thank you, Woodsy! Nice job on the background ... in my experience they're just as important as the forefront and can make or break an image Awww....thank you so much Welshy! You've given me an idea. I have access to a color large-format printer and roll photo paper! I may make a large print and frame it. It would look great on my azure blue wall! LD, I've printed it on plain white paper (24" x 36") and I'm going to take it home just to see how it looks on the wall. If it looks good, I'll print it on the photo paper. Thanks for the encouragement! EDIT: the colors are not exactly the same vs. when viewing it on a monitor, though. The background came out way pinker. lynxster4
Hi, my friends! I started this composition sometime last year and finally finished it. I used this image found here as a basis for the outline; the rest is all me and PDN. I made this for my granddaughter. This took months to do; always fiddling with it to get it just right. I present Princess Tiana from 'The Princess and the Frog'. I hope you all enjoy it. It was a great lesson in shading. I know she's only a cartoon character, but I think mine has more 'depth'. lynxster4
I've been studying the Shape3D plugin, thanks to @welshblue and I modified his cupcake wrapper image and .xml file to come up with this: I really never looked beyond spheres, cylinders, and boxes concerning this plugin. There is so much more to it. And we have Welshy to thank for it! 1 1 Quote My Art Gallery | My Shape Packs | ShapeMaker Mini Tut | Air Bubble Stained Glass Chrome Text with Reflections | Porcelain Text w/ Variegated Coloring | Realistic Knit PatternOpalescent Stained Glass | Frosted Snowman Cookie | Leather Texture | Plastic Text | Silk Embroidery Visit my Personal Website "Never, ever lose your sense of humor - you'll live longer"
