I can imagine looking at that scene from afar on a cold and wintry day. I used your Cuboids for the buildings (thanks), made some textured background and played with the built in Zoom/Rotate for the perspective effect (the trick I have learnt from your Rough Seas tutorial - thanks again), then added a new layer (black) + Screen mode + Random Shape Fill (little white circles) + StarGlow for the street lights, blurred them a little, repeated Zoom/Rotate and adjusted the size. For the distant ones I slightly changed transparency (Eraser with alpha about 90) - the closer the brighter. Finally, to create the motion feeling - Film from Photo effects. 'Volcano Dream' is absolutely 'molten'! Ahh...the lovely 'Angels'. 'Otherside' is so 'otherwordly'. Love the backdrop you used and the whole atmosphere about it. 'Leaving the City' is wonderfully done. 'Wintertime Love' is so cute.
