  1. I love seeing how you use the latest effects - spectacular!
  2. Always good to see your images Seerose! - thanks for posting.
  3. First thing I did, it makes no difference for me. I'm getting different numbers to Darkychao, 63%, 80%, 100%, 125%, 157%, 197% - very odd?
  4. Welcome to the forum Mariuss! I think you are describing a 'polygonal lasso' tool? It is already in the popular feature requests here:http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/2940-popular-feature-requests/ It is worth reading the forum rules too especially number 1.3 http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/2932-read-first-the-rules-yes-you-read-this-2013-12-21/ In the meantime TR's 'Alpha Cutter' may help.http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=26966
  5. I've just experimented with the code for 'Gradients Galore' to test what happens if I raise the BGR values to a power, mix them, then take the root. The difference seems to be that the mixed region is lighter for higher powers - but I don't see any advantage?. Red to green gives more yellow in the middle but for most colour combinations the transition colours are just a lighter version of those achieved at power 1. As for the built-in blurs, many other effects depend upon them so they cannot be changed. If you wanted to write your own effect using this idea (gradient or blur) then do give codelab a try.http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/880-codelab-for-advanced-users-v25-released-march-14-2015/
  6. Same here, using the latest version. Try commenting out the last set of loops - lines 110 to 119 and rebuild. (the dst surface is already copied in line 96). Seems to work for me anyway. The graphics objects should really be disposed as Midora suggested too. Clever effect though!
  7. Great new images Seerose! The 'PDNing' youtube tutorials are well worth watching.
  8. Good to see E.E.R's wonderful mathemagical plugin being used so successfully! - elegant image. (Godel proved [diagonally] I don't need to worry about complicated maths! )
  9. It helps me Maximilian! I gave up using Photobucket a while back and now use Imgur and simply use the IMG link (or edit the BBcode tags from 'IMG' to 'thumb' for big images). I still have some images linked to PB - I may use your post as a reference if they disappear!
  10. Looks good Dazzahh! I can see some 'Rainbow Twist' in there. Thanks for posting the image. The link is fine as it's a big image - (and I can't remember how photobucket links work )
  11. 'New clipwarp' is included in my V9 pack (the old version is still available though). This version has smoothing based on averaging the vales of a rectangle of pixels depending on the displacement. So, at full strength it is doing a lot of calculations and is therefore quite slow. Best to get the other adjustments done before increasing the smoothing. Midora and nitenurse, many thanks for saying 'Thanks'.
  12. Hello Mike, welcome to the forum. Further to Nitenurse's answer here are some settings for the lower layer. (the images seem to have disappeared from the download page).
  13. It's a pleasure to see the plugin used so well! I like the contrast between the smooth clipwarped text and the rocky texture you created. Thanks for posting the image Maximilian.
  14. & default canvas size too? ... could be very useful. (I'm currently using the work-around of a read only blank image at the size & d.p.i I need but setting a default would be great, if possible).
  15. Alternatively use 'Render to clipboard', then open a new image (it will be at the new size) and paste.
  16. A good selection of 'sig' this time and a close competition! Thanks to all that voted and participated and to chimay for running things smoothly through choppy seas!
  17. Congratulations to everyone, 1sts & 2nds ! - that's democracy for you (we'll have to form a 'coalition' for the next theme now ) Many thanks to Pixey for running the comp and all those that voted.
  18. :PaintDotNet.Icons.AntiAliasing. - turn anti-aliasing back on. Look for that icon along the top when the brush is active.
  19. "Bacillus" ? - should put it close to the top the Stylize Submenu too!
  20. I think you need a snappier name though! (Used TR'sContour Filler on the text object first - background from clouds zoomed in)
  21. Good post Chimay! - well thought through, fair and (hopefully) inspiring too.
  22. I've recompiled as 'Twocolormixer' - only added your Icon. Had a quick test with the extremes of the sliders...I couldn't get it to crash. Attaching with MJW's permission.(thanks) Twocolormixer.zip
