  1. Overview This plugin lets you use dynamic brushes with custom shapes. It's good for drawing effects, textures, and redundant objects like grass. It can be used like a spray can or be used to draw symmetrically. Adapted from TechnoRobbo's Dodgeburn plugin, Pyrochild's context menu, and improved by Null54. Interface The plugin is full-screen when run and looks like this: There are four tabs. The default one is on the left and you can click the names of the other tabs to switch to them. Each tab has its own settings. The first tab shows static
  2. BlendModes Plus Have you ever wished that Paint.NET had more blend modes like some of those "other, more expensive" image editors? Well now your wish just came true! 3. ::PluginIndex::Effect::Print It::0.9::2014-09-03::Martin Osieka::Print the current layer or the flattened image:: The 'Print It' plugin prints the current layer. To print the whole image you have to flatten the image first to one layer. Beside of the basic printer settings you may select - The area to layout your image (Whole paper, printable area, Paper with margins) - The size of the image ('Print Size', Scaled 'Print Size', Fit to area, Fit large only to area, Stretch to area, Stretch large only to area). - The sized image can the be aligned inside of the area to the c
  4. Overview This plugin is my remake of TR's Dodge and Burn. It uses dynamic brush support from Brush Factory. Select an effect, select a brush, set whatever brush behavior settings you want, and draw where you want the effect to apply. It's like drawing to reveal the filtered image. Above you can see the range of effects that Brush Filter supports, none of which bothered to make use of the dynamic brush support, so there's definitely more you can do. Interface This plugin is full-screen when run and looks like this: Ther

  7. An effect that exports the current layer to other image editors. Menu Location: Effects > Tools > That other app+ Compatibility: 4.2.10+ This plugin has the following differences with @Simon Brown's ThatOtherApp plugin: Support for Paint.NET's Dark mode The registry is not searched for applications The tool tips use the file description if it is available instead of the executable name The dialog does not use a "glass" background The temporary image is saved to the user's temp folder instead of Paint.NET User F
  8. Plugin which allows the digital image editor "Paint.NET" to take measurements of the active selection or of the whole image. This works for regular shapes like rectangles, for irregular ones, and for not connected shapes. You may set unit, dpi and scale if you have to do measurements in a map or a technical drawing. Measured values are area and centroid of the selection area, width, height, diagonal, and angles of the bounding rectangle. So if you like to measure the distance between two points in the image just use a selection rectangle form one point to the other and che
  9. Quadrilateral Correction Effects -> Tools -> Quadrilateral Correction Description This effect is useful for correcting images that have been skewed on multiple axes. It uses an algorithm from AForge.NET. It works very well, but don't expect miracles if your image is extremely skewed. Before & After The left face has been selected in the plugin. — > Screenshot Control Nubs The control nubs can be manipulated with the mouse in the following three ways: - Left Mouse Button — Grab and Drag - Mid

  11. This plugin is the result of discussion. 13. This is an Effect plugin that allows Paint.NET to export the current layer using RIOT. Menu location: Effects->Tools->Save for Web with RIOT. 14. Generate 96 unique colors for palettes What's this? Some other effects could use palettes of colors to fill the canvas. This is why I need to create palettes in many ways to use with these colorful plugins. This effect is able to fill the canvas with 96 different colors (16 columns x 6 rows) and save as a palette file. Download it! Plugin Gen96Colors.dll Here is the DLL http://jcljay.free.fr/pdn/Gen96Colors.zip The MadJik's All plugins package is available! http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=71
  15. List of Color palettes What's this? More and more color palettes are over time in the user folder and finding the right one can be difficult. This tool is made to display all the palettes on the canvas. What does it do? It looks for the files in the palette folder (and subfolders), reads the list of colors to draw a palette for each file. Empty colors are marked with X. Invalid colors are marked with a red X. NB: All errors (empty or invalid) are removed on all palettes when you save one palette with paint.net. One i
  16. This plugin allows Paint.NET to simulate how the current layer will look when printed with the specified color profile. For best results you should use a calibrated monitor with the OS set to use the appropriate color profile. The layer can then be exported as a JPEG or TIFF with the target color profile embedded. If the softproof target is set to None the image will be exported with the input color profile. While you should be able to preview any color profile, only RGB, CMYK and gray scale profiles can be exported. This plugin is compatible with Paint.NET 3.5.11 a
  17. This plugin allows Paint.NET to use 32-bit TWAIN drivers on a 64-bit OS. To install place both files in the Effects folder of Paint.NET. Usage: Menu location: Effects->Tools->Twainable+. The UI consists of a combo box and two buttons. The combo box allows you to select the TWAIN source to use, this is only enabled if there are multiple TWAIN sources. The Acquire to Clipboard button displays the scanner interface, and places the image on the clipboard. The Close button closes the plugin window. Due to the
  18. Fill from Palette tool What's this? This is a simple tool that fills the canvas or the selection with all the colors of the active palette, in a 16x6 grid. Idea of use: Patchwork Group (manually) all your palette on an image to have a preview available. Download it! Plugin FillPalette.dll Here is the DLL http://jcljay.free.fr/pdn/FillPalette.zip The MadJik's All plugins package is available! http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=7186 How to inst
  19. Admins Note: This plugin is not completely compatible with the latest versions of paint.net (beyond 4.0.12). When working with images I like to be able to have a relevant palette. The attached effect plugin uses the current image to create a paint.net palette file. Both dll files are required for this "effect". When you first run it (from Effects -> Tools -> Palette From Image) you need to enter the Palettes folder (usually My Documents\Paint.NET User Files\Palettes). This then gets saved for subsequent uses. The default palette name is PDN Current Imag
