It used to have pictures, so it did make sense at the time it was posted. Unfortunately we have no control over images hosted elsewhere. If anyone has a copy of this tutorial with images please let me know and I'll attach a PDF version.

For those who are wondering, Mr Aka used Window > Reset Window Locations to restore the four child windows to their default locations. The individual windows can be toggled on and on with the F5, F6, F7 & F8 keys.

That's a nice job Oliver. Thanks! WSQ = Wavelet Scalar Quantization. Just to clarify: There are four dll's. You need to copy over Delta.Wsq.dll, PdnWsq.dll and one of nbis32.dll or nbis64.dll depending on whether your pc is running 32 bit or 64 bit windows.

@Drew: can you post your Colors Window? Sounds like some strangeness with your monitor or color profile.

That's right. The plugin allows you to Open and Save PSD files. I'm not quite sure why you're trying to copy into the DLL?? Or have we lost something in translation?

Create a black image on a white background. Blur the image. Run the effect. Play with the three sliders for different effects.

Glad you've upgraded! See how the Magic Wand selection changes when you click on the same spot on your image with a different Tolerance setting? I should explain that the Tolerance setting is a partially filled bar in the Toolbar. It's settings are in %. Change the setting by clicking on the bar itself.

OK. Go through the steps you're using. Be as specific as you can, because we'll be trying to reproduce what you're doing. Edit: One last thought - are you trying to use the clone stamp tool from a layer which is transparent?

Version 3.2 is very old. Obsolete old You should upgrade to 3.5.10 - It's free and easy to do (look in the Help menu for an entry "Check for Upgrades").
