Monthly Skinning Competition Discussion -- #4 ended

Recommended Posts

Icons you say? Hmm... Being that are sooo many icons out there, I would be worried about competitors ripping or making minor adjustments to some other person's hard work and calling it their own... Just a thought.

As for a suggestion for the next competition...

How about skinning the PDN splash screen?

I'll chime in again! How about another PDN logo contest? It's been over half a year since the last one and I'd like to see what everybody can do!

@Buzzkill: This would be my splash screen:

Ok, and of course there will be the leftovers from the last voting: Winamp, Google, etc.

More ideas! I will open voting for the subject today!

If my count is correct (I don't think I've deleted any PMs since this started), there were only three PMed votes. There was a total of 28 voters this round.

On the topic of the next comp, I think another PDN logo contest would be smashing. :)

Aye, a Logo comp. sounds grand!

Since we're a little late, unless someone speaks up against it, MSC #3 will be redoing the Paint.NET Logo!

Unofficial Paint.NET Logo Contest 2 FTW!

Before CMD opens the thread for it, I would like to request one restriction: 3 entries per user (or at least 2 because one isn't enough).

Methinks he's trying to get someone to spruce up the Documentation on the cheap.

I could think of a few interesting ways to re-organize it...

Perhaps, since we're already late, we could do PDN logo 2 this time 'round since we already have a consensus going here, and consider the Documentation for next time.

Wait... I submitted my first entry, then read the rules. It says that once posted, you may no longer edit your post. Should I delete my post?

EDIT: Okay, I deleted it.
