  1. That's what I thought I'd read, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Thank you!
  2. So ummm...do the images here have to follow a certain theme, or...?
  3. Sweet! Thank you! I had no idea how much I needed these until just now.
  4. Here's a quick one: some of your textures reminded me of a crocheted afghan. First time I've made one in under five minutes! I think this plugin is going to be VERY useful!
  5. Annnnd a few of my projects-in-mind just got easier--thank you for this! I must be tired; I initially read this as "regular nose generator" and was extremely confused.
  6. Nope! Plenty of cookies, custard-filled cookie bars, and I've made a cake.
  7. ...Oh dear, was I supposed to be counting???
  8. Thank you! I've finally gotten around to making my own palettes (pictures from The Doctor Blake Mysteries this time), so I'm giving those a whirl. And spritz are !
  9. I don't think anyone thought you were being insulting--just that your verbosity was unexpected. If you got excited, someone might misunderstand (hence Iron67's caution; he's refreshingly blunt and would not hesitate to call you out if he saw a problem ). The installation is quite simple: just follow the links that AndrewDavid and Pixey gave you, then you're all set!
  10. Now @Pixey, @Maximilian, and @Seerose--I've got four pans' worth on the cooling racks and two more baking so there are plenty for everyone! (Seriously, my spritz recipe is ridiculous.) Seerose, I wish I could find plates like that for you! They were inspired by a character in a TV show I like; she seemed like she'd have plates like that. Annnd...oh my gosh! *hugs Seerose* You just gave me an idea for this year's Christmas card! Thank you, my dear sweet friend!
  11. @barbieq25, daaaaaaang! You took a turbine and made it a jewel! The background reminds me of satin; fascinating texture!
  12. Works like a charm! Used it both for the Yellow Submarine and for the less-garish interior. (Yes, I know I messed up the ends; this was only a test, m'dears. Please do not send BlastWave and AndrewDavid after me.) Fantastic job recompiling!
  13. Thank you to @Ego Eram Reputo. @toe_head2001, and @Rick Brewster for the update! *tacklehugs all of you*
  14. I find that hard to believe, but thank you! Full disclosure, I've been working with Paint.Net off and on for about 10 years; it's only now that I have the time (and reliable connectivity) to focus on it more. And if your son wants to feel more Scandinavian, let me know because I've got plenty of recipes!
  15. So beautiful! I'm enjoying it plenty. The cat ears are perfect!
  16. !!! *tacklehugs @Ego Eram Reputo* THANKYOUthankyouthankyouthankyou!
  17. Doughnut Rug Also, I should not putter around with new plugins when I have barely slept all week.
  18. Thank you! I've got a good recipe for mead if you need it (allergic to alcohol, won't do me any good).
  19. Shoot, I may have to make a gold or glass one for champagne! Thank you!
  20. SKAL! ...Are those pepper cookies or spritz by any chance?
  21. Thank you! Actually this reminds me I have to re-host my earlier stuff (thanks PB :P). And thanks again--the digital paintings were definitely a "cross my fingers and hope" learning experience! Yep, that is exactly why! Still pondering your suggestion for a Viking portrait; as you might guess, I'm gonna be fussy about that one. I have bad news for your son: Norwegian, as I mentioned, on both sides and can't find a Viking in the bunch. My mom's side is descended from the early kings of the Rus via the Jarls of Orkney (good chance of some berserkr blood in that line); my dad's side were the priests/caretakers of a pre-Christian holy site that's now under a church in Vossevangen. Neither side had a heck of a lot of reason to go a-viking! If he really does fly into a berserkrgangr then...well, good chance you have some elite warrior blood! Given the incredible quality of your work, it wouldn't surprise me if you have some artisan ancestors as well. Thank you again--a comment like this from you has me almost moved to tears.
