  1. *blush* Thank you so much, @Scooter! I couldn't have gained the confidence to try all these things without the encouragement here.
  2. Harper is so handsome! And if I am reading the other video titles correctly, congratulations to the champion!
  3. Let's see... -Stars, check -Red, check -Sparkles, check -Totally flipping AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS, check and check! If I had to pick a favorite, @lynxster4, I'd say this is my favorite of your works so far.
  4. @AndrewDavid, awesome! Finally, somebody made camouflage in my favorite color. I don't know where you're gonna hide your planes, but they look fantastic!
  5. Also, something you may want to try: --position all of the circles in one section. --merge the layers of circles into one layer. --duplicate that layer and slide it over to the position you want the next row. --merge the two layers of circles. --mirror that half of the picture over the half without the circles. You'd have to be very precise with where you positioned the first two rows, but this seems to be the closest to an "automatic" way to do it. Art takes time. Also, what are those symbols on the circles? It makes it look like several slices of wood, which is kind of a cool effect.
  6. Beautiful! It reminds me of the Rainbow Fish books, only grown-up and more elegant!
  7. @barbieq25, another fantastic piece! I love the tiny flowers in the trim.
  8. Thank you SO much! Love your new plugin; it let me create exactly the frame I wanted: It makes the picture in the center look like it's on a raised mat, which is a very cool side effect!
  9. @barbieq25. more stunning work! I love how seamlessly the roses blend with the background so it all seems to be growing together. I wish it were winter here! This heat is wearing me down.
  10. Oooh, @barbieq25, those are mesmerizing! Palmero, especially, looks like an undersea tunnel.
  11. SOOT SPRITES!! Now the important question, @MadJik, is whether they are from My Neighbor Totoro or Spirited Away? Judging by the background/other elements, I'm going to guess Totoro? Doesn't matter, still soot sprites.
  12. Thank you @lynxster4, and thank you for all your encouragement!
  13. Beautiful! I love the play of colors in all your work, @Seerose. @Maximilian, coffee with honey is...okay. I know some people who really like it, but I find the flavors clash a bit. YMMV.
  14. @Woodsy, I hope so. I'm planning to try a Viking boat next. Meep!
  15. @Drydareelin, thank you! I was so busy trying to get everything to blend nicely, that the frost was a pleasant surprise.
  16. @Pixey, thank you! People have always been my...bete-noir, as it were. Everyone here has been so helpful and encouraging though, I'm starting to feel more confident. Special thanks to you, @Maximilian, @lynxster4, @Woodsy, @Scooter, @Seerose...oh gosh, I could go on all day thanking people.
  17. "Sons of the Muses" David Bowie, David Lynch, David Byrne in front of the Temple of the Muses at the Acropolis. All digitally painted in PDN using outlines from photographs.
  18. @lynxster4, I showed these to my husband, and he declared them, "Magisterial!"
  19. Daaaaang! Now that's a close-up! I love the texture contrasts.
