I like the way the backround is onit, because it is like a starscape Anyway, I like that sig that you entered into the SOTW competition. Pretty nice! The starfield is a good start because it's a fitting background, but your render has a white light coming form the top-right, but the light source in your sig is behind him and it's red. I prefer the first version over the sepia one. @Chrisco: Too short, aliased render and needs more effects. Also, I think the border is too thick.
