Ego Eram Reputo
Hi Pomegranate! Welcome to the forum The best thing I can recommend for this is @pyrochild's excellent Liquify plugin. Find it here: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/20688-liquify/ If you haven't installed plugins before, have a read through this thread... http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/forum/36-how-to-install-pluginsgeneral-plugin-troubleshooting/ Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
Pomegranate
Thanks for the help and welcoming, but I managed to pull it off using Grid Warp! Select the shape you want the text to morph into with magic wand, and then invert the selection and use grid warp with a high amount of columns, using the invert selection line as a guide for each dot.

Pomegranate
I'm really into the aesthetics of the psychedelic 60s, and I've managed to make this, but I'm still a beginner with paint.net. How can I smoothen the bumpiness of the top and bottom parts of the text?

LionsDragon
Hey @Pomegranate (fantastic username btw). For a beginner, you're figuring this stuff out fast; good job! You might want to try AA's Assistant after running Median (if you haven't already). You're off to a great start! Keep it coming!

dipstick
Thanks for the cool tip on the "selection" process. It makes it easier to warp.
MJW
You might want to try Paste Warp+.
