Expand the menu in the upper right-hand corner by your username after you sign in. In the drop-down menu, select 'Profile'. In the lower left-hand corner of your generic avatar (on the left-hand side) is a small gray square with an image icon. Click on that and upload or drag-n-drop the image you wish to use. Hope these instructions are clear enough for you without posting images.
