I get the same Goonfella, I tried to load a pre pdn V4 XML to encounter the same problem, just the same with saving a new XML.

Downloaded ok today, cheers also for the new features TR

That was the first thing I got when I tried to download it, firefox / avast blocked it, after that I got the prompt as shown above (post #41)

The last Windows update for me was on the 6/feb/2015 my internet connection is 100% OK too. I have also tried it on IE and still no joy.

Anyone else having problems downloading this update? I have tried at least 6 times over the past two hours and I am getting this:

Coloured a new layer green, added noise then rotate / zoom to make it slightly out of focus, and in perspective with the sky. I played around with the colour level on the noise until it looked right.
