  2. Excellent rendition of Tourmaline crystal. Jolly well done .
  3. Oh yes - definitely coming along nicely @LionsDragon .
  4. Oh my goodness - I am really blown away with your latest uploads and this tutorial is very illuminating. I'm gonna give it try asap .
  5. Simples! It's Pixey incompetence . I've had to take my computer back to factory setting twice over the past week and each time, have had to re-load my Effects Folder - obviously I missed a .dll
  6. Thanks so much - I re-downloaded his DLL's and now it's working perfectly .
  7. I am having trouble - Paint.net is crashing - when I use any of Ed Harvey's Effects. Also, I notice that his links (Drop Box) are no longer available. Hopefully @Ed Harvey still logs in from time-to-time. Hope so, as I love his effects. Crash report:
  8. Awww - I love this kitty-dragon . It reminds me a bit of those cats with no fur. I wish the image was bigger, so I could look closer. She or He has gorgeous eyes and the shading over the body is lovely. Nice concrete texture on the wall ............ tomb stone?
  9. They look amazing . You certainly have a flair for this .
  10. Yes, indeed you can. I too was thinking of this myself .
  11. The theme this week is based on – “Your Favourite Place" chosen by – @Scooter (SOTW #166 winner). This week you're challenged to design and create a signature to look like the place you love/admire the most. It could be Paris, London, New York - or just the desk at which you sit. The deadline for entries is 7:00pm (UK time) 2pm EST on SUNDAY 21st of May 2017. To see how that equates to other countries, here is a link to the World Time Competition Rules 1. Max sig dimensions 500 x 200. Please NOTE: The forum limits signatures to 500 x 150, if it is too large do not try to use it as your sig. 2. Please keep your sig family friendly. 3. Keep to the theme that has been set. 4. You may modify or replace your image until the deadline! 5. Don’t violate copyright laws with found images; links to source images would be courteous. 6. Your entry must be made using paint.net, please don't use an outside image editor and try passing it off as PDN work. 7. There are multiple entries per entrant allowed. 8 . Don’t add links to larger versions of your signature, your entry should be voted on based on the size laid out in rule #1. Please keep larger versions of your work for your gallery 9. Signatures may be either Horizontal or Vertical. The winner of the current SOTW gets to choose the subject for the next competition. Good luck all and thank you in advance for entering. Thanks to - chrisco97, Sozo, TheHowler, Nitenurse79, Chimay, DrewDale & Pixey for keeping this comp going in the past. Previous comps have included the following topics as listed Here compiled by MJW. This list will, perhaps assist future winners with a theme. This thread is for posting your entries only. If you want to talk about any of the entries, you can do so in the discussion thread found here.
  12. Hi @raeanana. I am not really sure what you are asking, but hope my 2cents worth may be of help. There are a few Grid-maker Plugins and one can be found here. I guess you could always make yourself a color palette and here is a great color picker tool. I've done some pixel art myself and realize how time-consuming it can be. (I once made a simple tutorial - very simple one actually here. ) Forgive me if I've misunderstood your question .
  13. 1st Place: @Scooter with 13 votes 2nd Place: @toe_head2001 with 10 votes 3rd Place: @Pixey with 9 votes Congratulations everyone @LionsDragon very, very close - only one pip between us . Thank you all for your entries. Every one was very special .
  14. Hi @Joshua - your pseudonym Anthony Scoffler sounded so regal to me . Now I'm wondering where the name Lamuska comes from? I have never come across it before. I hope you don't think I'm cheeky asking you that! It's super to see you start a Gallery . I love the Mouse & Book, Dwarf Adventurer, Dragonite, Axe and Blooming Peace and I really, really like the Tree. It's very well done and the texture looks so appealing .
  15. Happy Flailing - it posted good ............ but the emoticons broke, as I just can't get them to work at the moment (but colon and bracket worked). Computers!
  16. Attention! The voting for Carnival/Circus closes in 24 hrs. If you have not voted please do so -
  17. Hiya @ScrapbookWithPDN . Nice to see you on here again. I'm so you asked the above question, as I too was wondering where to put that cute little new man .
  18. So sorry - I missed the Planet you posted on the 22nd April - it's very, very good and so realistic . The star ship is quite mesmerizing and the colors are perfect .
  19. Bravo @Beta0 those Step-by-steps images are fabulous - very well done. I also like the cubism themes .
  20. Artistic, Blurs, Distort, Noise, Photo, Render & Stylize: all read A Effect. 'An Effect' is better, perhaps? ----------------------------- A capital 'M' is needed at the end of 'Invert Colors': Much like a ..... ---------------------------- I don't know if these are of any use: Canvas size: Resize the canvas by absolute size or percentage Import File: Lets you choose an image to import into PDN Save: Saves your work. Ctrl + S Save As: A drop down where you can choose a file type EER: Not only helpful, funny, clever and knowledgeable, but very good looking too .
  21. Oh - I didn't know that. Is there a thread on it? I've removed half of my Effects and it's not made any difference. Another poster reported it right after the update to Creations, like me. Perhaps a coincidence . @AndrewDavid just sent me the thread
  22. Hi @John86 and Welcome . Yes, some of us are having trouble with 'hanging' since updating to the Windows 10 Creators Update. My Effects takes ages to open. @Rick Brewster, the developer, says he will look into this and try to fix it. Additionally, there used to be a problem with what you describe but I thought it was resolved. Let's see what others have to say.
  23. Hi @Namyu and Welcome. I think you probably watched a video that had more Plugins than you do. You will have to take a look at the Plugin index and decide which ones you want to upload. And here is the link on How To Install them. Happy PDNing .
