  1. Hi @John Doe and Welcome to the forum It would be best to remove the white background altogether. Here are 2 suggestions of how to do this. and
  2. @mathius - Welcome to the forum The image you imported may not have been completely transparent. A quick way is to remove the white background with the Color Reaper Plugin. Hope this works for you.
  3. Eeeek - so many eye balls ? quite an eye-full ?
  4. I call this Adorable, Cuddly, Sweet, Purrfect and Hugable Kitty ? What a nice effect to create the knitted look with that Plugin
  5. What a delightful Greenhouse ?? @LionsDragon So much light & sunshine and I love that you included a sliding door too . This is one greenhouse I'd love to have my plants live in
  6. As well as the great suggestion, above, another possibility is 'Posterize' in the built-in Adjustments. So you would first use Black & White and then Posterize 3 - 5 times at full strength. Another Plugin that does something similar is called 'Poster' by @Red ochre to be found here.
  7. And the winners are: A tie for 1st place to @lynxster4 & @Pixey with 7 votes each 2nd place to @MJW with 6 votes 3rd place to @MJW with 5 votes Congratulation to you all. I tossed a coin and won so I will let @DrewDale know what I choose for the next subject ? Many thanks for all of your entries
  8. Congratulations to the winners Fabulous entries for a rather unusual theme . Thank you @lynxster4 for hosting ?
  9. Love this souped-up Plugin @MJW ? Thank You.
  10. Added a newer version of the PDF
  11. Hello @DrewM and Welcome to Paint.net ? I can't think of a Plugin that will do that for you. You could draw it in the Shapemaker - but that's a bit advanced for newbies. You could, on the other hand, draw your shape on a new layer, make a new layer and add some lines/shapes. I used, for the lion below, a Plugin by Midora called Parallel lines and Patterns. Then you can 'select' your shape outline, switch over to the lines layer, and delete the lines outside of your shape.
  12. What a beautiful setting So lush and green and I too wonder what might be awaiting - besides the fairies - in the depths of the trees ?? The flowers (some maybe bluebells?) are just perfect. What a great spot for a picnic ?️.
  13. Yes, I see the images again as of 5 mins ago. The site must have been down for a few hours earlier.
  14. Is anyone else having trouble seeing the images in the OOTF#23 - Empty Vase Poll? I can see them all in Chrome, but half of the images don't show when I use Firefox.
  15. The deadline for the Poll is Sunday 27th May at 7PM (UK Time)(To see how that equates to other countries, here’s a link to the World Clock. )
  16. Ahhh - so PDN can pretty much do changes within the Lasso, except do Auto Select ................. yet ?
  17. That's odd - it worked for me - but I first cropped the size down to 100 x 100, then re-sized to 1 x 1
  18. Thank you once again @Seerose ? you are always so kind. @LionsDragon Thank you so much . I did not know there were chocs out there called Droste - I will look out for them ?. (I'm still looking forward to the Enchanted Garden.)
  19. If I understand you correctly, you can use the Lasso Tool as you suggest.
  20. Thank you once again ladies @lynxster4 & @barbieq25 - so glad you like it . Many thanks to @Maximilian & @MadJik for their Reps ??
  21. @butterfly8000 Do you still have Windows 8.1 or did you change to Windows 10?
  22. @Seerose Many, many thanks . Also, thanks so much for the Reps @Eli & @Maximilian ?? I've been playing with a Fractal I made with one of @MadJik's Plugins and I then used the Droste Plugin.
  23. Hello @MohnJadden and Welcome to PDN Yes, you can open an animated Gif into PDN. First, you must right click on the Gif and choose 'Save As' then add this code .agif - to the end of the Gif's file name. Also, change the' Save As Type' to 'All Files.' i.e. it will look something like this: animated-cat-image-0079.gif.agif Open PDN and search for your renamed file - Go to Open and upload the Gif. It should then open up all of the Gif into layers. FYI - here is a tutorial on how to use Midora's Animated Gif Maker.
