  1. Hello @Greeneyedlady I just logged out and then hit Sign In, in Chrome) and I had no trouble getting back in - without having to reset. Perhaps it's a browser hiccup
  2. Thanks for all the tips @MJW Many thanks @Scooter - I see your result in another thread, perhaps you can post it in here too
  3. Perhaps @Scooter should have posted the result here.
  4. The only Plugins required to make this 'Crumpled Paper Texture are already part of Paint.net. The Gradient and the Emboss Tools (I made this after a request was made here for crumpled paper.) Two Examples 1. Have the blending mode on Difference. 2. With the Gradient set to Linear, pull the gradient sideways (repeatedly) on the canvas. 3. Switch the gradient to Diamond and continue. 4. Alternate the gradient between Linear and Diamond. 5. Go to the Effects and pick Emboss, then set an angle to your liking. 6. Go to Adjustments and choose Brightness & Contrast. 7. Crop the final canvas to remove any rough edges. 8. There is also a Plugin called Page Curl that you can also use. Good Luck
  5. ^ ^ Many thankies! We are keeping this going, but are presently awaiting @MJW's next theme. Halloooooo @MJW
  6. Hello @Azurexis and Welcome to the forum After looking at your card example, I think it looks more like a textured piece of paper, so I had a play around. ~ clickable ~ Final result: If it's not what you are looking for - no worries Another paper texture example can be found here.
  7. @lynxster4 Wow! What a portfolio you have now That Eagle is awesome
  8. And the winners are: @MJW in 1st Place with 5 votes @Pixey in 2nd Place with 4 votes I will ask @MJW to contact @DrewDale with the subject of the next theme
  9. Love this Plugin @BoltBait It's going to be most useful - many thanks
  10. Hello @Kristop and Welcome to the forum Is this what you are looking for?

    Torus or Ring

Many thanks for that info. First time I've heard of it and I'll definitely give it a try, as your video is so crisp and clear ?

    Torus or Ring

Great video @xod Thank you Could you tell me which capture video you use please? I've never really found one that I like
  13. So sorry you feel this way @nitenurse79 and hopefully you will re-consider at a later date ?
  14. I think that is very unfair to say we couldn't "get it" @nitenurse79 The instructions given by you, just did not render the same result that you posted.
  15. Hello @Ally Johnson and Welcome to the forum FYI - your posted image is larger than we allow - sorry. But to answer your question, you can simply use the magic wand, set to Global, then hit delete. If you save the image to .png, you will have a transparent background to use thereafter
  16. Nice results everyone @Sakana Oji Well, I learned something today. I'd never heard of Deep Fried images before and thank you for the tutorial ☺️
  17. @nitenurse79 I am so sorry you are upset and I certainly did not mean to tear your tutorial apart. I just could not get the same result as you, via the instructions. Perhaps it would be more constructive to find out why this is, as your final result is very impressive
  18. @Seerose I too could not get the same result as the tutorial. I think, like @Eli, you will have to change a few things. It may be that @nitenurse79 used a different size canvas - but I'm not sure. Change some of the settings in the Auto Chrome. Like the Back color and color variation. I played with this and also, instead of using Surface Blur, I used Motion Blur. Forgive me @nitenurse79 for hijacking your tutorial ?
  19. Hi @starwingcorona and Welcome to the forum. I just wanted to say Hello to you, as I used to live in the Isle of Man for (8 years) in the Laxey area ☺️ As to your question, I think this has been reported before, but I'll leave this to be answered by someone who really understands this
  20. ^^ ? I thought that too. And, I'm real impressed that @BoltBait can speak Portuguese
  21. The Poll is now open for OOTF #25 – Pizza Slice. The deadline for the Poll is on Sunday 15th July at 7PM (UK Time)(To see how that equates to other countries, here’s a link to the World Clock. )
