  1. Ahhhh - I'm in love those kitties are so adorable. And the octopus too . And the pudding planet looks good enough to eat . Great images @lynxster4
  2. You can still get in to PostImage.org by ignoring the message and go to top right and click on Images. It takes you to your images. I've just added one and will test it here. Someone has suggested on the IsItDown site, which says it's up and running, that Postimage.org has been hacked.
  3. @Djisves Yes, can see previously uploaded images, but try to login to Imgur .................... you get a cute giraffe with a note that's it's over capacity.
  4. Hopefully this is not going to be a problem, but today I can't link to either of these sites which seem to be down. Is anyone else having this trouble?
  5. Hello @Bloodshot_pico and Welcome to the forum An easy way would be to get some brushes from the web, like from Brusheezy if you can't draw the marks with the brush tool yourself. How to install Brushes. 1. Draw your scratches by hand, or by using custom brushes. 2. Keep the white background unchecked - for keeping transparency. 3. Use the Magic wand on Global to 'select' the black marks and invert (Ctrl + I) 4. Use white for an inner shadow - the plugin for that is found here. 5. Deselect and apply Gaussian Blur. 6. Save this in .png form. Close PDN. 7. Reopen Paint.net and import any image. 8. Import the claw marks, which will appear on a new layer. 9. Play with the layer blend modes, or color balance, to get something you like. I hope this will work for you. Drawing the claw marks would be a lot simpler than learning to use Brushes, if you have not done so before
  6. Very nice @RMSTITANIC - this one really glows
  7. Wow! Loving the latest fractals and the Fur Blurs @Seerose All the images are showing up now
  8. Hello @Greeneyes Here is a tutorial on how to use @midora's Plugin:
  9. Thank you so much @BatonGirl - that is very kind
  10. Please check that you have all the latest Microsoft updates on your computer.
  11. Thank you very much @lynxster4 @Seerose and @Maximilian for your Best Wishes and for the Rep point @lifeday Hi there @JRF1 and Welcome to the forum. Many thanks for your comments and I look forward to seeing some of your work soon.
  12. No, I don't think extending it another week would bring in anymore entries Thanks @DrewDale
  13. I'm sorry @Liam there is no magic app that can do what you are asking. If you do not know how to use Paint.net, then I don't think we can help you. But, if you can show us the image (upload it to Imgur or another hosting site and then post the link in this thread) then we can suggest how to change it in Paint.net.
  14. Hello @Liam and Welcome Can you paste the image here for us to see if it can be restored some way. If the image is large, you can save it to a place like Imgur or Postimage.org and then add the link to this thread.
  15. If you hit on Choose - can't you find Paint.net on your computer? Perhaps via: OS(C) - Program Files - Paint.net
  16. Sorry - I opened it and I get the exact same error message you do. No data there. I was really hoping, but it's not to be . When I first started out learning PDN @barbieq25 drummed it into me, to save often and make it a regular thing. Now, once I'm making something I save it to PDN in different stages, so if I mess up I can find the one before. I know this is not much consolation
  17. @PATOOFA I'm so sorry you lost the file. Been there done that ! If you could save the PDN File to Drop Box and post the link here, I can take a look at what is inside, if anything, to put your mind to rest
  18. This is how you install Plugins: http://www.boltbait.com/pdn/InstallingEffects.php
  19. Wow! The metallic text is awesome @Seerose Happy Easter to you and your Family too
  20. Hi @Darkinc & Welcome to the forum . Here is a tutorial to get the background: https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/25723-creating-wood/ Then you might want to take a look at @Ego Eram Reputo's mini tutorial here and try this, but with different colors and play with the Blend modes. Hope this helps
  21. Hi @PATOOFA & Welcome. Please open PDN and go to the little Gear at the top right of the screen and click on Diagnostics and copy & paste the crash log to this thread.
  22. Hi @Cynewulf I'm so sorry that this problem is still on-going with you. I'm not sure why no one has helped you, except that they may feel that the problem is on your computer, and is not Paint.net's problem. I may be wrong, let's see if you get another response. I do know that the NVidia has given trouble in the past, but I think you have checked on that already if I'm not mistaken. Perhaps re-post the System Idle Process.txt into your above post.
  23. Hello @whatamIdoing. Sometimes this has happened to me after I've downloaded a font into my Windows Fonts Folder and doesn't show up in PDN. Please go to your Font's Folder and look for the font in question, it may be greyed-out
