  1. @Sakana Oji I'm wondering if you have ever read The Rules for the forum? They can be found here. Especially this one: 3) DO NOT SHOUT. We can hear you just fine. Using all capitals is often interpreted as rude, so please don't.
  2. Thanks guys Yes @welshblue I too just discovered the tiling method used IS Rotate/Zoom with tile checked AND not to use the Dents, just the plain diamond gradient. I will change the instructions accordingly. Many thanks for responding 👍
  3. @flaner I just tested it and it's working fine. Have you downloaded the zip from the first post?
  4. Don't know if anyone is interested, but I think the results of this tute are amazing - but, I can't get it to work and it's driving me crazy. It's as though there is a step missing. If anyone has the time, please see if you can get the same results as @cjmcguinness. I know it's an old tutorial, but surely the Plugins are the same?
  5. I don't think having your email address is really a good idea above your avatar. Perhaps you should choose another name.
  6. Thank you very much @ScrapbookWithPDN 🎅 I was in the mood for jewelry, as it's that time of the year for presents
  7. Got pipped by @welshblue as he says, just copy the correct crest into a new layer and then move it over the other wrong one.
  8. Wow! Thank you @dipstick for explaining those steps. I would never have thought to combine two images together like that. I reproduced your steps. One layer a photo of a mouse surrounded by fruit, and the other layer with a space scene and got this: Actually - I don't think it worked, as there is no sign of the space image Anyway, quite a nice result nevertheless. I will keep on trying!
  9. Thank you @null54 for this amazing Plugin It's going to be fun trying everything out. using Anguish using Brushify
  10. @lifeday your images are not working. Here is an example of which code you need for: a) A Thumbnail b) Larger image Click for larger image
  11. No, My Bad .......... I should have been more specific. I should have said, don't delete them until you are ready to replace them in the same post. Anyway, it's no trouble at all
  12. Ahhh - many thanks @AndrewDavid. That will teach me not to be in such a rush and to Read the ReadMe Text
  13. Hi @null54 This looks amazing I have only just caught up with things on the forum (had a visitor for a month) and I have added the .dll into the paint.net Effects folder, but when I try to use it - I get this message:
  14. Just to let you know @ScrapbookWithPDN that I have replaced your Gingerbread Cookies with your latest work in the" Entries Thread." It is customary to Edit your original posts, with the newer image. This is how to delete: 1. Click the Edit Button below your original post and you will be directed into the Edit Mode. 2. Hover your cursor over the older image - Right Click and choose Delete from the drop-down. 3. Insert your new image URL code right where you deleted the old one. 4. Save.
  15. No worries @ScrapbookWithPDN We are here to help and it's never any trouble to answer any questions one may have
  16. Yes, I'm sure it would help to start with a square canvas. You may want to take a look at @Red ochre's Plugin:
  17. Hi @Magician when you say this: "The problem I have is dust on the plexi glass, it shows up in picture." Can you explain to me where you mean please? If it's the white two lines on the lower picture, then you can paint it away pixel by piexel.
  18. I got it sorted ... finally. Time for some Eggnog now 😂
  19. I'm working on it @lynxster4 I got muddled with moving @ScrapbookWithPDN's posts over to the Discussion thread (first time for me) and I moved the whole thread instead 😣
  20. Hi @ScrapbookWithPDN no need to delete them. If they have not been changed by the due date, they will just be left out. Sorry about that. Also, please can you post discussion in the OofF Discussion thread instead of in the actual Entry Area. Many thanks 😁
  21. @ScrapbookWithPDN As Toey mentions, man-made textures are not allowed in the OOTF Competitions. However, if you make a texture yourself in Paint.net, then that is acceptable. Also, your tree cookie is over the maximum size, which is 600 x 600 🌳
  22. Yes, after you get the blue box, use your space-bar/and, or, right arrow on keyboard to move out of it @ScrapbookWithPDN 🎅
  23. Hi @ScrapbookWithPDN. To get the blue box you just type the @ key and as soon as you then begin to type the person's name, you will get a drop-down box and then you click on their name. To post something which you'd like to be hidden: Type out the text, or whatever, then highlite it and click on the eye (spoiler).
