  1. And the Winners are: 1st Place is @MJW with 8 votes 2nd Place is @Pixey with 7 votes 3rd Place is @lynxster4 with 6 votes Congratulations to everyone! All the entries looked good enough to eat. No doubt about that 🍪
  2. I would try this: 1. Duplicate the original dog outlines and merge down 2 -3 times. 2. On a new layer switch to the line/curve tool - I used size #8 brush and changed the style to rounded. 3. Go over the lines as needed.
  3. Hello @Splicer04 and Welcome to the forum You may want to try this tool and then try to reinstall: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed
  4. Great Tiling - so speedy and easy This will be very useful, thank you
  5. Nice work @ReMake Great use of the clouds Plugin and the Twist 🍺 Great balls of fire 😱
  6. Sorry I'm late to thank you all on my Pendant 😱 @Seerose I'm so happy you dropped by to say those kind words Many thanks @lynxster4 Dear @Woodsy great to hear from you. I think it's a tear drop, the result of using one of @MadJik's plugins Hello @Maximilian Nah! It only looks expensive. Thanks a bunch for dropping by 🍺 @ReMake & @Joshua Lamusga thanks so much for your reps
  7. Ohhhh - so colorful and really cozy. I can only image how long it takes to put that together. All that's needed now, is a rather comfortable chair for me to sit on (and I'll bring my own Fosters). 🍺
  8. Hello @amritendu and Welcome to the forum Disk errors can be caused by various things, and not necessarily the fault of Paint. net. Usually you need to run chkdsk in Windows, which you seem to have done. Please retry what you did before and report back what happens. If there is a crash, or error message, please go to the little cog in the upper right hand corner of the PDN canvas window and copy the results, if any, from the Diagnostics. There is an option to Copy to clipboard.
  9. Hello @msoctopuslady and Welcome to the forum Please have your boxes and equal sign on their own layers. Then I would make a new layer and use a Grid lines Plugin and then drag your items accordingly to line them up. Additionally, there are a couple of Align Object Plugins that will help also. Object Align by here and yet another here. And another by @xod here.
  10. @ScrapbookWithPDN so sorry I didn't respond to your comment sooner 😱. Spankies for me 😂. I'll bet you saw the same 'other' tutorial that I did, which gave me the idea to reproduce it in Paint.net 🌞. Many thanks for dropping by 🌼
  11. Hello @timmyfck and Welcome to the forum It's rather difficult to tell how you did it too 🧐 It doesn't look like any of the gradients on here, but perhaps a couple of them done together? Perhaps looking at this video may give you some more ideas:
  12. Oh Boy @Seerose - those are all so beautiful 😱 👍
  13. I'm loving the look of those icons Also, very excited to read the blog and note: "an improved selection of built-in brush stamps"
  14. Love this @High Resolution there are so many possibilities. Fun, fun, fun
  15. The Poll is now open for the Gingerbread Cookie Competition. It will remain open until Saturday 12th January, 2019 till 2 pm EST 7 pm UK time. World Clock.
  16. I have edited the tutorial and a PDF will follow shortly Done!
  17. Yes, I will work on restoring the missing steps tomorrow @ReMake. I was actually working on that this morning when I discovered I'd lost my Selection Tools. I still don't know how tht happened. (Pesky little Gremlins again.) What a difference it makes with the background - for which many thanks 👍
  18. Wow @ReMake you found it. You don't have the rest of this tutorial by any chance?
  19. Yes, I only changed the Shading. Of course, it's hit and miss and maybe improved with trying different settings.
  20. The result of this tutorial will depend on the picture you use for the background. I'm searching for the one she used, but meantime I used blue glassy image. Using her steps 1 through 5 please follow the steps below. 1. Find a picture with a glassy looking finish. 2. I used the Font: Riot Squad. 3. I then used Gaussian blur at default on the font. 4. Use @BoltBait's Bevel Selection at default. Select the text with the magic wand at Global. 5. Use @Red ochre's Object Edge. Shading at -0.56. 6. Change the top layer to Color Dodge or pick another one if you prefer.
  21. Only if the author of this tutorial stops by to fix it. She hasn't logged-in since 2017. It shouldn't be too difficult to play with the Bevel, Clipwarp and Motion Blur settings yourself, as there are still quite a few pictures to give you the idea.
  22. So, I have put back 3 plugins which are now working and the Selection Menu has appeared. But when I try to use BoltBait's automatic down loader, with the plugins I want checked, they are not appearing in the Selection Area Yup - the Selection Tools .dll had disappeared. All working now. Thanks a lot @ReMake (I'm out of Reps - I'll be baaaack.)
  23. Hi @ReMake I am using the Classic. It's weird because this has not happened on my laptop. EDIT: I have just moved some plugins into My effects folder and that brought back the Selection Menu. I will now attempt to reload BoltBait's bevel selection. Thanks for responding @ReMake
  24. Very glad to hear the good news @lifeday I owe you a Rep tomorrow What a lovely image
