    Paint.NET 3.0 Will only run on XP or later. Maybe you can find an old copy of 2.72 and install .NET 2.0 from Microsoft's site.

    With my none German knowledge, assuming adjectives can be first person conjugations, "Hello. Firstly, I would be glad to know how I can sharpen blurry pictures. I have tried to do this with the effect "Sharpen", but it did not turn out how I wanted it. Perhaps someone can help me soon(?). Thanks again."

    I think you mean that toolboxes are given focus (thus losing transparency) on Hover, no just click. If so; yes, this is very, very annoying
