  1. Bowzas! Nice tut conversion. Must congratulate ya Helio.
  2. Paint.NET 3.0 Will only run on XP or later. Maybe you can find an old copy of 2.72 and install .NET 2.0 from Microsoft's site.
  3. 1. Get HSV value of a pixel. 2. Given a set Hue, Hue tolerance, and Saturation tolerance. 3. Set A=255 if pixel.H > H+hT+1 OR pixel.H < H-hT-1 4. Set A=0 if pixel.H < H+hT-1 OR pixel.H > H-hT+1 5. If else, set A = (Math.abs(pixel.H-H+hT)*128) ^My concept

  11. With my none German knowledge, assuming adjectives can be first person conjugations, "Hello. Firstly, I would be glad to know how I can sharpen blurry pictures. I have tried to do this with the effect "Sharpen", but it did not turn out how I wanted it. Perhaps someone can help me soon(?). Thanks again."
  12. Nah, This tool isn't available yet - it may be implemented soon enough, though. (I'd like to have that phrase trademarked... )
  13. Follow the link.*coughs* This should've been locked anyway.
  14. How about this: Create a gradient, then run this Plugin here
  15. I think you mean that toolboxes are given focus (thus losing transparency) on Hover, no just click. If so; yes, this is very, very annoying
  16. How about the name "Localized origin polar-theta blur"? I like it... I also have no idear if that makes much sense. Nice man. I couldn't do it
  17. jake a few posts back: Adobe hell! Jezulkim: The foreground is interesting enough. I personally don't like it that busy with the glare and all.
