  1. @red....@TR Thanks guys! Your words mean a lot! Have some goodies on me....
  2. NEW SHAPE PACK!! Hi everyone! I thought maybe we can all get........MUSICAL!!! Please check out my new shapes pack in post #1. Thank you!
  3. Limon, that is a very beautiful crow. Interesting how you did the plumage!
  4. WOW, Seerose! You've been very busy! Love all your new pics, especially your take on PDNing's 3D Metal Shape tut. I agree with Helen; the floral design makes it look so light and delicate. All your artwork seems to just 'pop' off the page...very colorful!
  5. To all my PDN friends... Wishing you a very Happy Valentine's Day!!
  6. Nice plugin, toehead_2001. This could produce some interesting effects. Great pictures everyone!
  7. Wow Red...what an interesting plugin! It reminds me of Redfield plugins for Photoshop... I didn't get too crazy with this picture as I didn't want to lose my cat.....he's just 'chillin'... Thank you for making this plugin!
  8. Pixey, you weren't kidding...I don't want to see 'gold bling' for awhile! Here's my take on your excellent tutorial: Thank you for sharing. This can be applied in a lot of different settings.
  9. Yes, I can Seerose!! Good ole sunny California! Nice job... Beautiful colors!
  10. Guess my work computer was having a little hiccup! All is good. Nice choice, Seerose....good ole California!
  11. This image right up above your sentence: *This is my favorite country in the United States... It says: goljk5yt.png and doesn't load. (??) Sorry...
  12. Thank you, Seerose...that is very sweet of you! But I cannot see the image you posted....my computer won't load it. @red....when did you sneak on here??? I didn't notice until now. Thank you, and congrats on your crown!! Well deserved!
  13. Pixey...correct me if I'm wrong, but is the 'gold' work on your bottle a variation of barbieq's 'Making a jewel' tutorial? If it is, a very creative adaptation of that tut!
  14. Very nice blingy bottle Pixey! I really like all the 'gold' work. Very intricate.
  15. @toe_head...thank you for the kind comment...it was a lot of work! (Don't you use the free 7zip? If you pick option 3, extract files..., it automatically extracts them to a folder in the name of the zipped file.) Thanks for the suggestion, though. @Pixey...thank you, thank you, thank you! Tornadoes in winter...how weird is that! I always keep an eye on Florida weather because my brother lives in St. Pete. He likes to call me in the middle of winter to tell me he's on his back porch sipping a beer in his shorts and it's 65 or 70 degrees.
  16. Merci beaucoup, Nils! Do not remember much French....just from high school. When are we going to see that 'album' of the awards winners?????
  17. toe_head....looks even more promising! how can can you ignore "The King of Paint"....
  18. NEW SHAPES PACK POSTED! Dear fellow PDN users, This was the most daunting shapes project I ever tried so far. I envisioned this as an 'educational' pack. It would be great for students who are home-schooled and have access to the internet. If public schools allow it, it would even be better. This pack took a great deal of time. I used a map that was 'forgiving' on the outlines. I imported a 'line path' for the next state and so on...but I found it impossible to import 'line paths' for different states, already drawn, to the state I was currently drawing. (TR...if you see this...is there a way?) So...not every state matches perfectly. I know this will not be appealing to everyone, (my friends not in the USA), but I feel this needs to be out there. There is an outline drawing of the USA, titled "US-z-Outline". You can insert each state into the outline or just draw each state individually. State capitals are designated by the circle. Just please note....the states do not fit exactly! This is because some state outlines had to be re-drawn by hand. If you fiddle enough....it works. Also note....draw everything with the 'shift' key depressed...this preserves the natural shape. I hope this shape pack will be useful. We are digging out from 9" of snow, our first big snowfall of the year, which is very late for us. I TG we are in SW PA as our brethren in SE PA got hammered with at least twice as much. Hope all are well. Please leave feedback...
  19. OMG, Helen! You have such a beautiful voice! I have tears in my eyes! You are ..oh.. so very talented!
  20. My beloved cat who is my avatar... Thank you, Pixey, for the lovely tutorial. Great to see you are back...I missed you!
  21. CC4...Wow, all are very nice and creative! I like the Marble Sphere. Great job!
  22. Bondenson, I'll forgive you for bumping only because it took me a full five minutes to pick myself up off the floor from laughter. Those pics are good! I would love to see an album of that...(just make sure you post it in your own gallery!) Max....seems you and I make an amazing team! (I still can't stop laughing......)
  23. Oh, I love that Limon! The shadowing inside the cage is perfect. Beautiful picture.
