Question!  Whenever I go to use tools like Liquify, Smudge, or Grid Warp, the secondary windows that open up are always cut off in various ways that make it very difficult to actually use the tools.  I've attached a photo example of how it looks.  Is this an error other people have as well?  Is there something wrong with how these are installed in my system?  Every other plugin I've had and run for years always seem to be okay, but these ones always do this.

Any help would be appreciated - thank you!

Doing this does not help - it makes the window maximized, but everything else stays cut!

Yes - and I've had this problem with these effects over several paint.net versions - I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and it happens every time no matter what.

pyrochild’s plugins with custom UI, like that one, do not work correctly in what we used to refer to as “high DPI” (any scaling other than 1.0x which is 96 DPI).

He hasn’t shown interest in updating his plug-ins, or responding to any inquiries of any kind, so I would not expect a fix.

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to where you have Paint.Net installed. Right click paintdotnet.exe (you may not see the .exe) In the file type column it will say Application.

Select Properties. Click the Compatibility tab. At the bottom click the button that says "change high dpi settings". New dialog opens. Click High DPI Scaling and in the drop down box select "System (enhanced)". Click ok and ok again. Start Paint and all of your plugin issues will be solved. No more clipping or hidden controls etc.

Yes, that should solve it. However, do note that it will make all of Paint.NET blurrier since it's now rendering the whole UI at a lower internal resolution. But at least you've got the choice.

Just tried this out and it does work!  But all of paint.net running at a lower resolution and becoming blurry is a deal breaker for the work flow.  I appreciate the insight though!  I could toggle this on and off when absolutely necessary to use said effects.
