Goonfella
Thanks guys. All my money is in there Yellowman! Not much as you can imagine. worldnewser - I`ve adjusted the opacity of the marble texture and used a different blending mode on the layer affecting the edges. It should be shinier and smoother at the edge now. Small adjustments but they are usually the ones that make the difference. Kemaru
That is beautiful. The textures are just incredible. Quote Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love; this is the eternal rule. |fb(page)|portfolio|blog|
Goonfella
I did use the texture suggested in the tut for the marble so I can`t claim credit for that but the key is all PDN. I just used the picture as a template. Quote Please feel free to visit my Gallery on PDNFans And my Alternatives to PDN
Kemaru
The key is great, too. I think you could slightly strengthen the outlines of that, though. Well, I don't know, it's good like this too. HELEN
Awesome keyhold sphere. Like mentioned before, the texture is superb and the key is so realistic. Nice job. Frontcannon
Very nice update, the separating line of the sphere doesn't match the perspective, though. Goonfella
I think you might be right there. Also the key is slightly out of perspective. Quote Please feel free to visit my Gallery on PDNFans And my Alternatives to PDN

007 Nab
I love the new Keyhole pic Goonfella! What an awesome concept! Aside from some minor feathering and perspective issues I think it looks fantastic! Quote "pyrochild, you're my favorite person ever. We should go snowboarding some time."~ 007 Nab. Ish. Possum Roadkill
Keyhole Sphere is really great. Nice background but what I really like about it is the texture of the sphere. It looks like quartz or some other crystal in it's raw form. Beautiful ! Goonfella
Thanks for all the comments. WB - been meaning to sort out that key but just havn`t had time. I`ll get there in the end though. Nemo - Thanks , glad you like my stuff. 007Nab - there are a couple of perspective issues , mainly with the key I think. Possum - thanks , the texture used for the marble is great for planets as well.I might give that a go sometime. I know - how about a planet with a key in it? Goonfella
Thanks for those nice comments everyone. Much appreciated. I think the most important part of making a planet is getting the texture right . Do that and the rest is fairly straightforward.
