You could paste it in, but you will have to go to the end of the lines and wrap yourself. Sorry. Here's a tutorial on inset/engraved text by one of our community members, Yellowman.

You don't have to copy text from Word. PDN has a built-in text tool that includes features like centering. You will have to hit enter when you reach the end of a line, because it does not wrap. As for the engraving, there is a tutorial somewhere on this forum for that exact thing. I'll have a browse-around to see if I can find it for you.
