You can make a box and move it around. Make a new layer, draw your box where you want it, then use the fill tool ( ) and the color wheel/palette ( :AllColorChannels:) to change the color. For future reference, ask these questions in the thread designated for Discussion and Questions.

First, I believe the effect you are looking for is called median. Not median blur. There is no such effect as median blur. Look under Effects->noise. Second, you need to check your privilege. The people here are only wanting to help. Don't come on here and respond like that.

Makes a pretty nice diamond, but I think this would be better suited for the Newbie Playground. Results:

Jagged edges are sometimes tough to knock out. One thing that you could do would be to use a Gaussian blur, then run a program called "AA's Assistant", which both smooths and sharpens edges. You can find it here.
