  4. The plugin doesn't perform full-image anti-aliasing. It performs edge anti-aliasing; meaning the object you're running the plugin on needs to have transparent edges.
  5. If you're referring to the Soften Portrait effect, it is not a plugin and can not be removed.

  9. This actually looks like a HiDPI issue. Try changing the display scaling to 100% in the Windows Settings.
  10. Let's try to narrow down the issue. If you open an image via the paintdotnet protocol, does it still load twice?
  11. Transparency in the Adjustments menu is a plugin, and plugins can't add shortcuts.
  12. No, McAfee is not legitimate security software; it is malware. The Circle Text plugin is legitimate though.
  13. Before performing the Fill, set the Secondary Color to Transparent. Then it won't be White, it will be Transparent.

  18. Why not just enlarge the canvas, so you have more empty space at the top? You can always crop it later.
