  1. There's a plugin for that. https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/8527-multi-color-gradient/
  2. Yes, you can modify the color palette with your own colors. https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/WorkingWithPalettes.html
  3. It looks like the plugin is working just fine. What's the specific issue?
  4. Looks like you're trying to manipulate the selection. For example, in your image I see: "Change Selection Angle"
  5. A lot of this stuff can't be "wired up". Please read: https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/14566-what-is-and-isnt-possible-when-writing-plugins/
  6. Sounds like you have an existing paint.net installation that has become broken. Please use this utility to remove the broken installation: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed Afterwards, you should be able to install paint.net anew.
  7. PNG thumbnails are handled by Windows itself. Perhaps this will help: https://www.technig.com/enable-or-disable-thumbnail-previews-in-windows-10/
  8. Yeah, I didn't realize the issue with grid support. The bug report I found was the only open defect on the parent bug, so I figured it was applicable since the symptoms matched. I thought Firefox was using Dav1d for both AV1 video and AVIF images. I could have sworn I read that some time ago.
  9. This is just a bug with the AVIF decoder that Firefox is using; your image works just fine in other programs. <irrelevant link removed>
  10. Looks like you're using a virtualized GPU via Parallels. Perhaps the graphics driver provided by Parallels crashed.
  11. @RookieTeam, the specific plugin from your image is @Simon Brown's Extend Border.
  12. Please post the diagnostic information found within paint.net. Settings -> Diagnostics -> Copy to clipboard.
  13. That's a ton of data to decompress into memory, so the exception makes sense. You simply don't have enough.
  14. Sounds like you're using an old version of Paste Alpha. BoltBait fixed that bug very recently.
  15. You installed Paint.NET via the Microsoft Store, and therefore don't have access to the executable. Please follow these instruction to install plugins: https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/InstallPlugins.html#4
  16. Make sure you're installed the plugin correctly. You should have 3 files within a subfolder.
  17. No, like this: FileTypes - folder ImPS,EPS,AI.Open.FileType.dlc ImPS,EPS,AI.Open.FileType.dll OptionBasedLibrary v0.6.dlc OptionBasedLibrary v0.6.dll
  18. Sounds like you have an existing paint.net installation that has become broken. 19. The large text also doesn't work well when browsing the forum on small screen devices, i.e. smartphones. I'm not too concerned about the large signature, since it's displayed at the appropriate size. The file itself is only 55kb. No big deal.
  20. I just opened your PNG file in 6 different programs without issue.
