  4. I think it would be better to use photo managers or applications with bundled tools like this. Anyway it's on the roadmap for v4.00 though, but don't hold your breath.

  8. It's because Paint.NET change pixels one by one, and such it will be near impossible to reproduce it exactly, unless saving a ridiculously enormous amount of stuff in the file, and complexify the format.
  9. IIRC, I said lately that adding a shortcut to the Paint.NET executable in C:\Windows may do it, and it worked. TLTS.

  14. Working on 2x, 4x, or even 10x the size help a lot in reducing the jaggy edges.
