An indication perhaps that new users are reading existing forum posts (and the Documentation) and finding answers to their questions instead of just posting the same old query again and again. That approach is not for everyone and I'm sure that many don't have the time for it. If people have a particular thing they want to achieve with Paint.NET then I suspect that most will just quietly find out how to do it and have no interest in showing others what they have done.
