  1. Yes please @welshblue I need a new texture so that I can use it on a lady's hat that I'm thinking of creating. No, this is not a joke 👍
  2. Hello @scottishnewbie29 and welcome to the forum There is a very useful Plugin for that type of problem:
  3. Thank you @ReMake for pointing that error which I've now fixed 👏
  4. Hello @MRGcav and Welcome to the forum Perhaps this might help:
  5. Hello @Crippen - disabled cartoon and welcome to the forum Please go to this link and look for the Zip file and click on that. This is how to add Plugins to paint.net: https://boltbait.com/pdn/InstallingEffects.php
  6. If I'm not mistaken that 'flickering problem" you quoted @toe_head2001 was a different situation, where once you got to the bottom of a very full list of plugins, the cursor jumped all over the place.
  7. Object of the Fortnight #62 - A Key-chain. You may having something on the end of the chain. Some examples can be found here. Special thanks to @toe_head2001 and @Ego Eram Reputo for being the theme generators. The deadline for entries is 2.00 PM EST (:00 PM UK Time) on Saturday 5th September 2020. Please see the Countdown Timer for exact time remaining. This thread is for posting competition entries only. If you're not posting an entry, please don't post here. If you want to talk about any of the entries, or ask a question regarding the competition, you can do so in the discussion thread found here. Competition Rules: 1. Your entry must not have a background/backdrop/scene; just the object on a transparent canvas. Shadows and reflections are fine. 2. Your entry must be 100% made using Paint.net. Don't use another image editor. Don't use stock images/photos/textures (in full or parts thereof.) 3. Max dimensions are 600 x 600. 4. You may modify or replace your image until the deadline. 5. Three entries per entrant are allowed. Please make a separate post for each one. Many thanks to @toe_head2001 and @DrewDalefor launching and hosting the competitions in the past. Previous comps have included the following topics here.
  8. And the Winners are: 1st Place goes to @Pixey and @MJW with 6 votes 2nd Place goes to @welshblue with 5 votes 3rd Place goes to @Djisves with 3 votes Fantastic entries from everyone 👍 It is an honor to share with @MJW whose entry looks so real 🤗 Thank you too for the votes 🥰 I also really liked @Djisves's 2nd entry and was surprised it only got one vote.
  9. Wow! @Seerose these are simply fantastic and I'd love to know which Plugin you used please. I'm guessing one of @MadJik's. They are all equally mouth-watering and such gorgeous colors too
  10. Many thanks @lynxster4 and @Djisves and @Ego Eram Reputo Silly me, I had meant to send it to the Texture Shader thread 😬 Those gremlins again
  11. Great pieces @Rico285 I would say it's really funky stuff 😂 1993 reminds me of another artist we used to have on here called @dug and his gallery is found here. By the way, if you have more than one image to post, you can put them all into one post at a time. You will need the URL, or the IMG code from wherever you host your images, and then just paste them next to each other in a line - I usually put a space, or two, between each one
  12. Hello @deboraheb and welcome to the forum I think this tutorial will be of help to you:
  13. Hi @JamesB and welcome to the forum Easy-peasy way is found here: http://www.isimonbrown.co.uk/cutting-out-images/ A tad more complicated:
  14. Can you see the Plugins you have updated, in your Effects Folder? It will look like this:
  15. Right! We'll have to try some steps. Did you check the boxes in BoltBait's installer, for which plugins/shapes/etc that you wanted to download?
  16. Please let us know: 1. Which Plugin did you try to download. 2. Are you using Classic or the store bought version of paint.net?
  17. Hi @roamsolo 1. You can either lower the transparency in the layers window > found by clicking on the Properties. 2. Or you could use @BoltBait,s Transparency Plugin found in his pack here.
  18. @tomleon If you can't speak English, please use Google to translate before you post here: https://www.google.com/search?q=german+to+english&rlz=1C1GYPO_enUS829US829&oq=german+to+english&aqs=chrome.0.69i59j0l7.4968j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 There is no .dll required with the PDF tutorial. For the video tutorial you will need: Power Stretch Zoom Blur Deluxe Perspective Blend Mode Plus Trail You must download the Zip files and move the .dll's to The Effects Folder in the Paint.net Folder. How to download Plugins.
  19. Hello @tomleon and Welcome Sorry, but our rules are that we speak English on the forum, so I have translated for you. We have a tutorial for that. The downloadable PDF still has images for you to follow the instructions. There is also this tutorial:
  20. Hello @MiguelSuperZ and welcome to the forum Did you try to use the PdnRepair.exe which found in the Paint.net folder? If not, it may be best to remove the installation with this tool: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed and then try to install it again.
  21. Hello @dwdafefse and welcome to the forum Something may have broken. Please try to remove the installation with the following: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed and then try to install it again.
