JWard6971
I thought of one more difference between my two systems. On the new system, I went ahead and installed the .NET framework 3.5 sp1 per the recommendation for Paint.net. The older system was still on 2.0. Not sure if that's relevant or not, but wanted to include known differences. Again, thanks in advance for any help! Really use this a lot! pyrochild
Unfortunately I don't have a 64 bit system to test things on, but I should have access to one soon. I'll look into it as soon as I can. Quote ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it!
JWard6971
If you need another test bed, I'm more than willing! Just let me know. Thanks for checking things out. I love this plug-in.
Simon Brown
Imo this would be more suited to the noise submenu as it fills the canvas with detail.
pyrochild
Ah, no. This plugin has nothing to do with image noise. It renders small images to the canvas. yellowman
I am wondering if it is possible to replace the Shapes bar with or add Fonts drop-down to get unlimited shapes, fonts and symbols, I saw that in Custom Brushes and it is really great feature. I know I am asking a lot  Quote My GalleryMy YouTube Channel "PDN Tutorials"

AnimeFan101
Hi, I'm a little new to Paint.NET but I love it already. This plugin freezes PdN whenever I try to use it and won't let me do anything. I was wondering if you could help me out. Sorry for any inconvenience I've caused. Kemaru
Could you consider adding some more shapes? Here are some I have in mind: Octagon A simple flower (five round petals, the classic shape) Plus sign/Greek cross Quote Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love; this is the eternal rule. |fb(page)|portfolio|blog|

oma
now aren't you just a clever fellow. These additions are so lovely. Will there ever be option to add my own shapes? or was that just a waylaid random idea? great update and wow is that download site fast! ciao OMA Quote My Deviant Art Gallery Oma's Paint.Net gallery
pyrochild
Will there ever be option to add my own shapes? or was that just a waylaid random idea? It'll happen. It just happens to be a lot easier to hard-code new ones than add a whole user-interface to allow the end user to do it. In other words, your request is slowly working its way up "The List," while Kemaru's was more of a way to take a break from the list. oma
I'm not in any rush. I just happen to remember it was something being bantered around awhile back. I'll pre test it is you want. DigitalAssassin
I have looked into this problem extensively (as i have the same problem on my 64 bit laptop), and my conclusion is that the problem with the program locking up is the fact that you are running a 64 bit system. Pyrochild, do you mind if i fix this problem by rewriting your plugin, and then i will give it back, and you could post it, i don't want to steal it. I just want it to work again. What problem, exactly, are you talking about? No one has complained of freezing in almost a year. If you yourself are having a problem, I suggest you update Paint.NET and this plugin. If you're still having issues, then I'll look into it. You're not "rewriting" my plugin... Quote ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it!
