How about having them offset from each other. So the first line would be the shuriken with the words shuriken under that down and to the right would be the next shuriken with studios and under that the shuriken on its own. You could also make the first shuriken small the next medium and the last big and have the animation start on small one and after one rotation stop and move to the medium one and so on. Something like this plus the animation.

Cheers barbie, I think I am going to have to look into getting a new PC if I were to post my specs here you would probably faint. Sometimes just changing between layers can take upwards of 15 seconds and I lose count of how many times I see ' Paint.net is not responding ' LOL and as for gaussian blur once I start that plug in I walk round and put the kettle on If anyone reading this has any knowledge of a budget priced PC that would be good please let me know. I would also like to use it for converting video files quickly as well. Gaming is not an issue for me but price is, need to replace my mountain bike this year and the one I am looking at is $3,400's

I must admit this annoys me a little it works if you use the blocks of colour underneath the colour wheel but not on the wheel itself.

Its also my largest work to date nearly froze my PC a few times ( need a new one mine just cannot cope with large images and multiple layers )

Cheers barbie, I changed it yet again as he informed me he was a fan of the New England Patriots so I put their logo where the stars were. I personally thought it ruined the sig but hey it was his decision.

I like it but something seems odd to me, think it might be that the 3 shurikens are not evenly spaced or in one line but other than that very nice.

Couldn't find a good enough pic so went with Captain America instead. First try. Then decided it needed something on the right hand side. Then wondered about black and white with a little colour. Not sure which one I like best :s

Same here now its pretty easy and the results are nearly always pleasing. Although I wish I had kept the womans head in the picture.

I think I will start posting new works on the last page as its too time consuming to keep updating my gallery. 2 new photo manips ( inspired by jims work which is more creative but I am trying ) I call them "FIGHTING PICTURES"

Thanks jim not sure if I have commented on your manips recently but they are super creative, especially like the climber climbing back into the picture from the women holding it, great stuff. Also the clothes line one is very ingenious. Heres another one similar to the one I posted above they both come under the heading "FIGHTING PICTURES"

I also find that using feather before AA assistant helps as well. also if the image you are using is going to be shrunk down by a bit, lets say half size or more then gaussian blur could help you, run it at 2 px then resize the image to half or even smaller if needed.

Coming on here and ranting how PDN is a POS wont help you in my book as stated above if the software had the problems you mentioned don't you think the boards would be full of people complaining. Even so I feel obliged to help you. 1. Make sure the text layer is above your image layer 2. Make sure you don't already have an active selection somewhere PRESS CTRL + D before selecting the text tool. 3. Make sure you have chosen a colour that can be seen Thats all I can think off but remember the problems are yours not PDN's

I can't believe I have missed your gallery, truly amazing pieces don't think there is one thing I don't love. Very clean and crisp and a joy to look at. I think I feel inspired

Sounds to me lke you just need to go to google images and type in texture wallpapers.

Great new works Barbie I especially love the RAGE one great outcome on the neon lines also the 2 spaceships in the DARKSHADOWS one are fantastic and as Welsh said the 4 metal shapes in METALMADNESS very lifelike. Are all the pieces 100%PDN or do you use other programs as well ? PS. Love the sig you made for SOTW one of my fav sigs of all time ( only got second a travesty ) Simple yet striking at the same time.
