  1. Change the alpha level of your secondary color.
  2. I have been recieving some PMs lately regarding some issues with some plugins. As previously stated I will no longer support plugins. If time allows it, I will try to iron out those bugs but until then please do not contact me for support about these plugins. Instead, post them in this thread and I will try to keep up to date. Thanks!
  3. This is a very strange quote. At first, it seems well put for Paint.NET but something feals eery about it:
  4. Read the post: on system failure. Not on Windows failure. If my Ubuntu install were to go ajack during use, it would autorestart. Sorry for giving him the answer that suits my machine @BB: I took one with my phone but it turned out like dung
  5. Huh. I don't have that option on my install :?: If I could take a screenshot of my BIOS I would show you where the setting is.
  6. There is a setting in your BIOS that restarts the computer on major computer malfunction. I recommend going into BIOS and turning that setting off then read the BSoD information.
  7. @D3z, happy you enjoy! @Maxpower, I think that smiley face is going to kill me in the middle of the night... @rtargo, thanks for bringing that to my attention.
  8. The viewing of signatures can be disabled via UCP and if that doesn't cut it then just block a signature that is bothering you. With that in mind, I say do it.
  9. Mike Ryan's Plugins An Oversized dose of mediocre plugins ftw! About Yeah, yeah, yeah. I decided to go ahead and jump on the bandwagon with this one and publish all of my plugins, including any future updates, in one big package of plugins. These plugins are mainly Alpha Level Utilites for removing particular levels of color for color correction. Many of these are inspired by case to case circumstances in which I needed the particular effect during my own photography editing times. I hope these plugins are of some use to you and if not then I guess it wouldn't be too bad to have them lying around in your submenus Alias Submenu: Effects -> Object Alias is a multipurpose tool originally created to remove any transparent pixels from an object before applying BoltBait's very powerful 'Feather' plugin as Feather was causing distorted results when applied to already existing antialiasing Color Trimming Submenu: Effects -> Color Color Trimming is used for color correction in photographs when too much of a particular color is present on the applied image. It will remove a defined range of that particular color allowing for more vibrant colors to be displayed with in the image. Input to Output Submenu: Adjustments Input to Output allows you to adjust the value of one color channel (The input) by the value of another channel (the output). Very useful for making alpha masks, removing color, etc. Brightness/ Darkness to Alpha Submenu: Effects -> Color This is an old plugin of mine whose functionality is useless compared to a Tanel plugin however its simple user interface can still make this plugin useful. It allows you to remove dark or bright parts of an image and turn them into Alpha. Invert Alpha Submenu: Adjustments Similar to Invert Colors, this plugin inverts the Alpha channel. About Silhouette Plus Submenu: Effects -> Color Silhouette converts the entire canvas into your selected color while preserving the alpha levels of each pixel. As well, you can also specify an alpha range in which to silhouette. This is usefull for object manipulation and for testing the transparency of the canvas is particular areas. Please read the included License Agreement found in the included Readme.txt file Some visual icons (Alias, Color Trimming, and Input to Output) are credited to Max Power Mike Ryan's Plugins.zip
  10. TIFF stands for 'Tagable Image File Format' which means that there is no way that one single program could have support for every variation of a TIFF file. I am sorry to hear about your loss, but you must understand the image format and why certain aspects are not supported.
  11. Connecting with Paint.NET artists for extra CC, image hosting, and more: Tag Flow
  12. Exactly what I meant, Simon, but not necessarily how I percieved it. The major focuses here are to be able to adjust key elements of the color such as its alpha, darkness, and Hue without having to press that 'More' button. I think that a much more precise way of doing this could be necessary and I am going to do a little rip and tear off of some GIMP UI designs. I promise I will have my mockup by tomorrow.
  13. I have always been a fan of the Artweaver color wheel. Perhaps if that took the place of the average color wheel in Ash's mockup then I would easily use it. Mockup coming later.
  14. I hate to think how long it would take to download roughly 200 flags of roughly 800 x 700 in PNG form at once, my prediction is that most people would give-up. Then why is this a plugin? Couldn't you have simply linked to the place that you keep them uploaded and let us use that option instead?
  15. @007 nab: Yeah, I am trying to make the identicon of the posts match the theme some how or another

  17. Alright, tell me if I get this right: You want to be able to just alias a certain value of the Alpha level? Then check out my beta version of Alias: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=25889
  18. *cough* Why caugh when you made the feature public yourself? viewtopic.php?f=12&t=26081
  19. Use Brightness/ Contrast by lowering the Contrast. IIRC that makes everything a bit more greyer
  20. There are no disqualifications Anyways, I have one word this time around:  The submissions this time around are quite good and I don't think my poor LargeArtOfTheWeek member will be able to sustain the votes

I assume you are running Vista I had a similar problem with my Genius tablet. The only solution was to uninstall the driverst hat came with the device and then plug it back in. Windows slapped on a generic tablet driver on it and now I get Paint.NET pressure sensitivity with a non-Wacom device. Hope that helps!
