  1. There are no disqualifications Anyways, I have one word this time around:  The submissions this time around are quite good and I don't think my poor LargeArtOfTheWeek member will be able to sustain the votes

I assume you are running Vista I had a similar problem with my Genius tablet. The only solution was to uninstall the driverst hat came with the device and then plug it back in. Windows slapped on a generic tablet driver on it and now I get Paint.NET pressure sensitivity with a non-Wacom device. Hope that helps!
  3. Hmm... I am thinking about going with a notebook type of theme here in which the whole thing looks like it is in a notebook. Of course, that is a lot of work and here is a quick five minute thing I threw together. Should I go with this theme and recreate this logo?
  4. Hmm... I have been working on a portable version of Paint.NET for redistribution for some time now using Portable.NET (Wiki this). I will send a PM to you detailing instructions for when such a release will be available
  5. Ah, yes. Both of them are very good. Job well done
  6. Alright. All three plugins in this package need an icon.
  7. I have a feeling that the turnout rate for this one will not be to hot
  8. Hmm... you may want to fiddle around with the Brightness/ Contrast, mainley focusing on the Contrast command. This should break apart that grey into white while maintaining the darkness of the black. BTW, could you post an example pic so that we can try to aid you a bit more?
  9. It is CodeLab produced, and IIRC the source code is included. Any code contributions are more than welcome, but i definetly know the problem with the Alpha channel. I am a terrible, n00bish plugin developer that needs to learn a bit more
  10. Alright, this is my personal test ground for releasing plugins not quite yet for primetime. Please, constructive critisism only. A simply 'don't like' or 'doesn't work' is not of any help to me. Thanks! ------------------Mike Ryan's Oddities------------------ Attached is a plugin package containing three plugins that may or may not see the light of day. As well, there are noted issues as found by previous private testing. Alias+ About: Kills all alpha lower, greater, or equal to the amount specified. As well, it now included AA ability by request. There are known issues about the AA feature. Input to Output This changes the value of the input color channel by the specified output channel. There are known issues about using the Alpha channel in this plugin. Color Trimming This allows you to remove particular portions of a color channel. Very useful for color correction. No known issues at this time. Mike Ryan's Oddities.zip
  11. I hope all of you know that it was proven Michael J. Hardy is the victim of identity theft. That is why there is always so much reference to his family and details about his family on each site dedicated to the crapware 'he' posts.

  13. I have been using Notepad++ for quite sometime, but thanks Ego and BB for the suggestions
  14. Whoa! How did you get your hands on 3.50? The current version number is 3.35
  15. I feal in the troubleshooting mood today so I will take another swing at this. First of all, it sounds like you have a registry error. There are two ways we can go about this: Customize the Paint.NET Installation to not identify Paint.NET as the default program for JPG, or perform a thorough cleaning of your registry. I highly recommend the former as it is safe and Paint.NET will still be able to open up the JPG file format. Alright, when you launch the Installer. On the first dialgoue, click on the check box next to 'Customize'. Then click 'Next'. On the next dialogue, accept the User Agreement and click 'Next'. Now, make sure there is not a check in the box that is next to the sentence "Use it as the default image editor for JPEG, PNG, and BMP images". Then complete the installation. If this does not work, leave a message here and I will detail cleaning out your registry for you. Hope this helped!
  16. Feature Request: Since CodeLab forces an Amount1, Amount2, etc for UI Elements, could you please include a find and replace feature? This would be extremely helpful for when dealing with reording of the UI Elements. Thanks!
  17. Paint.NET IndirectUI does not support such behavior. HOWEVER... I might be able to give you something like that similar to the UserBlendOp control. Give me a few days... Sure it is. Use the StaticListChoiceProperty. string[] fontNames = ... you figure this part out ...; StaticListChoiceProperty fontNamesProperty = new StaticListChoiceProperty(YourPropertyName, fontNames);
  18. I do not understand this // Name: Effect Name stuff at all. Can you give an example? Problem Solved
  19. Good stuff! Can't wait for the updates, cuz you gotta keep 'em rolling This really is one aqful tutorial.
  20. Alright, guys. I just upgraded my Photobucket account to 'Pro' so all of the images that I may have posted anywhere are all there.
  21. Hmm, I can work on making the textures portray a different characters to make it more noticable, if that sounds good. But it was meant to portray more of a flowing feel the readability Edit: the grammar and spelling Natzi's got me
  22. Well, I have been working on some new Tag Flow logo ideas, and this one is just a bit ready. There are some places that need cleaning up and reenforcing, such as the left hand side of the 'T', but what do you all think? Edit: By the way, there is a white outline around it because it was meant to be viewed on dark backgrounds. I recommend taking a look at it that way
