Plugin to stretch only 1 corner of an image?

Hi, im trying to make an edit which require me to stretch only 1 corner of an image, is there a plugin that allows me to do this easily? 

I did find a thread from 2016 or so discussing the same thing but the answers didnt look like what kind of plugin im trying to find. I am aware that this can be easily done in photoshop, but im a student so that isnt an option. 

im fairly new to plugins so please be patient.

any and all help would be great!

I'm not really sure what you want to do. Perhaps if you linked to the 2016 thread you mentioned, it would all be clear to me. Also, I don't really understand why if there was an answer in the thread, it failed to solve your problem. Maybe that would also be clear if I read said thread.

 

In case you don't know how to link to a thread:

- Left click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the first comment in the thread.

- Select Share from the drop-down list.

- When the window appears with the URL address,  right click and choose Copy.

- Paste the link into your comment.

Try this:

• make a rectangular selection (or press Ctrl + A to select the entire image)
• Press M on your keyboard (activates the Move tool)
• Hold down the Shift key (keeps aspect ratio the same)
• With the Shift key still down, Click-hold-drag one of the corner nubs.

Is that what you want to do?

Point Warp might work for you. Here's an example of what it can do.

 

Just place your image on a oversized canvas.

sorry for the slow responce, it looks like the point warp may be the plugin im looking for as im trying to turn a square image into a tapezoid shape

To turn a square into a trapezoid I suggest Distort This! or Perspective Transformation. The choice depends on whether you prefer a bilinear or a perspective transformation, and which interface works better for you.

You could turn a square into a trapezoid using selection stretching.

Paint.Net has a built in shape for creating trapezoids.

If you want to alter a rectilinear image so that it appears to be the image shown on an angle-shot
computer monitor screen, then the built-in Layers > Rotate / Zoom...,

or the Quadrilateral Correction plugin may work well.
